Underground secure parking for a fair price. Comfortable beds and armchairs. You have a cooking opportunity with a spacious fridge and a dish washer. Good air condition. Soundproof walls. Good wifi. Everything in apartment was new (2022).

They don’t clean the room (it costs extra). They don’t change the towels. They don’t change the bed sheets. There was no soap at all and they don’t provide any (for face/body, -so bring your own). They don’t collect the garbage from room (you must carry it yourself to reception..) The water pressure in WC (tab and shower) was very low when turned on hotter temperatures. The TV set had only 3 (french) programs and nothing more! They don’t have working telephone lines, so you can’t call reception if there’s a problem.

Great value, spacious exceptional room, comfortable bed, great nights sleep, spotlessly clean, well maintained property. Water in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits available. Secure parking beneath the property easily accessed at a reasonable cost. Perfect location for short easy 10 min walk into the centre of beautiful Dijon. Would stay again and for longer next time.

We decided to pay extra for breakfast- if we stayed in future we wouldn't bother but rather use one of the many eateries in the city. Breakfast was disorganised, choice was poor and food was not replenished. The pain au chocolat we had was delicious though.

I will give 9/10 in general: COMPLIMENTS : LOCATION is perfect , 10 mins to downtown of Dijon . GOOD LIGHTS with enough privacy . FRIENDLY STUFF especially the Sri Lanka gentleman from the reception . KING SIZE bed with good mattress . SECURED parking BIG Space . PET FRIENDLY. Something More : Pet room is 4 euros extra and Parking is 10 euros

THINGS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED : The KICTEN is okay but it will be better if there is a hood. ( it doesn’t change the score of the facilities because it has a dishwasher) The GARAGE : I will give 7.5/10 , the space is big and secured but someone broke three bottles of beer and nobody cleaned the shattered glass during our three nights stay. The BATHROOM : Some hairs in the bath .

The facilities at the apartment were very good, the staff were helpful and the location was excellent. The small kitchen had all the things needed to make a meal for our family. The rooms felt new and clean, and the apartment was quiet at night. A real bonus was the very secure basement parking garage for a change of 9€.

Nothing about the apartment caused issues or concerns. One of the lifts was out of action, but there was another one to use. There was only one fork in the kitchen, so it may be ideal for them to check these more regularly.

Excellent customer service. Good value for a couple of tired English travellers and their two dogs. Secure parking with a lift from basement car park direct to accommodation made transferring dogs and all our belongings so simple. Fantastically helpful staff who could speak great English putting to shame my schoolgirl French. Great big bed and bathroom with separate kitchenette. Lovely quiet location close to beautiful park and lake which kept our boys happy. Be sure to check out cafe opposite.. it’s the only one close by!

The staff are very nice and usually it is not easy in France to find a hotel with 3 bigger dogs but they are ok! Also they have underground parking with a fee. Kitchen have decent cooking tools and fresh cleaning equipments provided.

it is written 2.0m at the entrance of the garage but when you ask to the staff they say 1.90m. I think if 1.90 is the right height, it is necessary to change the sign at the entrance of the garage. It is dangerous... In a room coffee maker would be a big plus!

This apartment hotel is brand new and in walking distance (15 minutes) of the city center of Dijon with shopping, restaurants and all the landmarks. It is also next to the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie where one can dine at a very reasonable price. The room is fresh, good beds, very clean. Adequate kitchenette, very good bathroom. Parking in the garage on -1. Good Wifi. Staff very helpful. Location is one of the best in my view, not only for city sightseeing but also close to walks in the forest on the west side of Dijon (example Combe de la Serpent). Excellent accommodation for a longer stay.

Very easy to stay in this hotel. Easy check in, quick to find from the train station, perfect position to make a short walk into town and the breakfast was good too. Im not sure you can do better for the money we paid.

Some fruit or vegetables at breakfast would have been nice, had a few hairs in my bathroom but everything else was perfect clean and new. Option to buy more bottled water at reception would have been nice.

Very friendly welcome in reception, and a very clean and well-equipped apartment with bottled water in the fridge and even a little pack of things to wash up. The shower was good and the towels were really soft, and even though we were facing out to the road it wasn’t loud (we were on the 3rd floor). Good location 10 mins walk from the centre, but also right next to the new gastronomy and wine centre.

It was a bit annoying to have to go into reception for a key fob to access the car park before checking in and after checking out as it’s a busy road. It was ok because one of us could jump out but hard to do if on your own.

The apartment is quite big and very comfortable, there is everything you need ( even dishcloths and dish washing detergent). There is air conditioning and the room is really silent even if you open the windows. It is located near the city centre. .

It has a big underground parking but you have to pay if you want to park there, and dogs are welcome, but you have to pay 5€ a day for them
