The hotel is located in the heart of Etretat and very easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and very clean, including the bathroom and toilet. The staff is very friendly.

We picked the hotel specifically for the jacuzzi in the common area as it was displayed on the pictures. Upon arrival we noticed the jacuzzi was at charge of €50,- per 30 minutes which is not what we expected, and an absurd amount for 30 minutes. This is a big disappointment and therefore the rating for the facilities is low since it actually dind't offer it for free. The breakfast is quite basic, which is understandable as it's a small hotel. I do believe the breakfast could've had more options. Parking is available at the property but quite expensive considering you can find free parking all around. The hotel charges a lot of small amounts on top of your hotel bill to make more money.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and fun! It was was my husband’s birthday and as we left for dinner, the receptionist played Stevie Wonder’s happy birthday through the speakers. The rooms are stylish, there is a sweet courtyard, free hamman and additional paid spa facilities. Rooms are stylish and breakfast generous with lots of variety.

Great and tasteful design, had coffee maker, tea kettle and even bottled water provided. I loved the quality of the bedsheets, very soft. Sauna and Hamam were included and open until midnight (in reservable 45-minute slots). I was offered ten minutes on their massage “machine” which was really very pleasant and relaxing. Parking would’ve been 15 Euro not twelve as said in the property policies entry, but since I was arriving after 7 pm it was easy to find a public space close by, which are free until 9 am and then it was 4 Euro for the two more hours I stayed.

For me, everything perfect. There was some car noise from the main street in the morning, if someone’s sensitive to that it might be disturbing.

The staff were exceptionally nice - a big change from Paris. The room was was nicely decorated - snazzy wallpaper and furniture, even modern cups. And very clean, newly done shower and toilet, and amenities (coffee, tea).

I would ask for a room on a higher level next time and courtyard facing rather than street facing as the traffic was audible as were people walking in room above. However I must point out that this was the last room left and I got a good price. The rest (of the good points) made up for that.

The location is amazing. The view from suite 23 is magnificent. The hotel is in the middle of Etretat and offers private parking (absolute must if you bring your car). The atmosphere in and around the hotel are great. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is small but has everything you want.

The gym needs a serious upgrade. Some weights would be a welcome addition.

Really friendly staff, made us feel very welcome and always ready to help with restaurants bookings and directions. The terrace at the back is great for having a drink or having breakfast al fresco in the morning. The walk along the cliffs is excellent and a visit to the gardens is a must!

If I had one complain it was the shower, it’s was a bath with a hand held shower and no shower curtain, which was absolutely fine for a two night stay.

No lift to get upstairs with bags and no bar fridge in room to cool drinks in the heat. The WiFi was not user friendly. Have to first register all your info, then log in. We keptp being knocked out and had to start over. Very frustrating.

Old building aside from the Main Street.

The garden is in reality a small backyard. We got a room with the street view right above the parking and entrance, so it was noisy and not so coy one can imagine looking at the hotel pictures on Booking.

The room was large, including also a large bathroom. The personnel was really nice and helpfull. The possibility of parking inside the hotel in invaluable during the summer in Etretat .

Everything in the hotel is expensive, the room, the parking and the breakfast. Obviously we were there in peak season, but it was too much. The bed might benefit from a modern mattress, since it felt a bit old.

beautiful ladies (really beautiful!) at the reception desk checked us in and out very quickly and nicely. the hotel looks exquisite, they also have spa (sauna and hammam), but we didn’t have time for it.

Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent and also room on the ground floor was cold
