Large and clean room, very good breakfast, helpful reception

Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items to choose from, The eating area was constantly tidied up by staff and replenished with fresh food. They staff did their best to fulfill even our smallest of requests or find someone who could help us. You can tell that helping the customer is a big part of their company culture. The eatery next door had a nice food selection and friendly staff as well. Our flight was cancelled and we had no problem staying an extra day. We would highly recommend ibis Gonesse.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Location is well situated near the Bourget airport but not too close either. Noise level is very low. My room was accross from the main road and I could barely hear the cars or the planes flying nearby.

I would have appreaciated a minibar or at least a bottle of water, or something to make tea/coffee in the room rather than having to go down to the lobby to get it.

Clean, free parking, easy access from highway, has a big shopping mall close by, has nice steakhouse restaurant.

Breakfast was very basic and if you went bit later then there was no food left.

It was 40 degree in Paris, and the AC in the room worked really well. We spent 5 nights in this hotel, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists, they spoke english well.

The breakfast was a bit boring and pricey. The location is not ideal.

The staff was really nice. The room was super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We had new towels every morning. Nice restaurant next to it. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Just a few suggestion: maybe have some eggs for the breakfast ;) And some Q-tip in the bathroom. ;)

Its a nice place to stay, nice staff and quite rooms. Good for the money we paid.

Breakfast options were too small, bread were to hard, looks like it was all from the frozen food. Location were too hard to get to the train station.

no refrigerator barely enough towels and provides one key card when you have to switch everything off before you can take the elevator
