The staff was so wonderfully professional and personal. They were so kind to help with my minimal skills speaking French, helped with all questions about getting places, and were simply attentive throughout the entire stay. I will stay there again immediately. The breakfast and dinner buffets are extraordinary, and are everything s traveler would want when experiencing French cuisine. The buffets provide so much choice while each dish is still exquisite.

We had a great stay considering we stayed only for 1 night, we arrived around 1.00 am and the staff was really helpful. Our destination was Paris coming from CDG airport, but because we couldn't find a hotel/Airbnb in Paris for that night with normal prices we changed our itinerary a little bit. It is very easy to reach it, from and toward the CDG airport if the RER C train functions (also consider the special fee for traveling with it, if you are on a budget). In case the RER C train doesn't work when you want to leave towards Paris (our case) better take the bus 20 until the last station and then RER D. It is a better solution than the "bonjour RATP" app is giving you. Also, you may ask at the train station or maybe you can find during day time the people with the red jackets for instructions at the bus stations. Whoever is reading, wishing you a great trip!

There was very little mold forming in the bathroom that should be taken care of, in order to not create huge problems in the future and a toilet cleaner was missing. Other than that it was very clean, with no odors or leaks.

We needed a room for three persons the night before our flight the next day. we checked in late at 1bout 10:00PM Got up early for our flight. room was clean and perfect for a night's sleep before our flight. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. would stay here again

We were looking for a hotel on our way from Spain to the UK. The location was perfect as it was close to the motorway. Room was a decent size and clean. Front personal was polite and professional. Breakfast Wass basic and good.

Very close to Parc des Expositions, Villepinte - only 10 min walk, good and free parking space behind hotel. If you want to have a hotel close and in walking distance to Villepinte exhibition center this is the perfect hotel to choose. Rooms are clean - but small.

Room is very small, almost no place to store personal luggage. Unfortunately hotel is in an industrial area and no restaurants are arround for dinner. At least there is a restaurant available in the hotel.

That checking in was available 24 hours. The breakfast selection was great. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I would have liked there to have been a USB port available to enable me to charge my phone. Breakfast running a little later would be nice to allow a little longer for sleep after a long time spent driving.

Good breakfest, clean rooms, non-smoking rooms, nice personnel, free car charging. Two Tesla power wall installed and few other. That was nice surprise.

The room was very clean and the hotel was near the Circuit Carole which was convenient for us. The buffet breakfast was good ,although the toaster and egg boiler did not work

This worked as a great functional place to stay for our last night.

Due to activities in the city the hotel facilities were mostly closed. Understandable. The location is pretty far away from restaurants, bars, etc so don't plan to be able to do much locally.

Location is great and convenient. Good air conditioning for hot summer. Very nice breakfast including fresh orange juice.

Floor of the room can be cleaner.
