Villa Du Cedre is perfectly located for visiting Honfleur. Behind the gates is a little bit of paradise. The most gorgeous garden with heated pool and many different places to sit and relax. Your host Eric is the most charming person we've ever had the pleasure to meet. Nothing is too much trouble; he recommended and booked a restaurant on each night of our stay and they were all delightful. Breakfast was lovely and is from 8:30am until 11am which made the whole experience so relaxing. We will definitely visit again.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We loved everything. The level of service and assistance from Eric was wonderful and of the highest level. The decor and ambience of the hotel was excellent and very tasteful. The bed was so comfortable (especially the pillows). I would highly recommend this hotel for couples who would like to experience a memorable and special stay in Honfleur.

A slightly bigger shower room. Total blackout with full curtains or blinds would have been good. But these are very minor things compared to the overall quality of the hotel and the wonderful experience we had.

Fantastic villa with a gorgeous garden and swimming pool. The style and architecture are really marvelous with a lot of attention to creative details. Both hosts Eric and Olivier were very pleasant and gave you a warm house feeling. The luxurious breakfast in the beautiful garden is a great start to the day! Top location in walking distance of the Honfleur center. Eric and Olivier also give you great hints about restaurants and places to-must-see. We definitely come back!

nothing! Everything was perfect

Everything, especially the hosts, they were fabulous. Usually in a B*B style place, it is expected that you only sleep and eat in the morning and then you go out all the time, here they were so welcoming, drink on arrival, tour, information on things to do, weather forecast, talk about their decor and art, introduction to the cat, their English was superb, and the house beautiful. No rules on pool usage (I like to have an early swim), books to borrow, beautiful garden, clean and warm pool. NO CHILDREN!! absolutely perfect.

It might have been good to have more bath towels, it was a struggle to keep them dry as the weather was unsettled.

We had an awesome stay, everything is so beautiful, clean, neat and ofc the design of the garden and villa inside is breathtaking 😍 Hosts made our stay so special and exclusive, i don’t know if you ever can find nowadays such a hospitality! Its a place to remember all your life🤩 and to come back for sure!

Everything was fantastic!

This tasteful and gorgeous villa has been renovated with modern amenities. The house is filled with genuine antiques and works of art. Lush garden with a sparkling swimming pool. Minutes walk from the Honfleur harbor. A very delicious breakfast was served every morning by our very friendly and elegant host and owner, Eric. He was very knowledgeable about all of Normandy and steered us to all the splendid castles and restaurants. Can't say enough except book early not to miss this private gem.

Excellent location within walking distance to the restaurants, shops and harbour / beach. Stylish but at the same time cozy place with great hosts. Great suggestions on what to do and see in Honfleur and surrounding with a wide range of Restaurant recommendations. We loved every minute of our stay. Everything about our stay was exceptional . The hosts are extremely charming and helpful .The Villa and grounds are beautifully decorated and our garden view suite most comfortable.We would recommend this property to the most discerning of guests .In addition the town of Honfleur is very pretty and well maintained .

Eric and the property were fantastic. Eric made apprehensive American tourists feel immediately at home. The property is more beautiful than that of the photos - which is hard to believe. Location is ideally a stones throw from the heart of the city. Thank you so much for the life long experience.

Eric our host was charming, he made our stay memorable. Our room was beautifully designed and so comfortable overlooking the gorgeous garden. Eric provided wonderful breakfasts each day of our stay and it was difficult to pull ourselves away from his excellent company. And we must not forget Giselle the cat, queen of the house!
