Tha atmosphere in the hotel. Vert warm and cosy. The hall with real fire place for a quiet break. The breakfast was exceptional. The room had a very nice view to the Church. The central location with a lot of restaurant around. Public parking are very close. The well come of personnel and generally all staff is very attentive to clients. Special mention to Steeve and Mathilde. In the room we had double TV with big flat screen. Beds were very confortable.

The only point where I would recommend an improvement is the carpet (moquette) in the stairs and room. It erase all autenticity. It is old and with stain (in our room) and daily cleaning on it was not meticolous. Add some hook in the bathroom for the hand towel hanging.

A beautiful and historic building. It’s a small medieval labyrinth. Absolutely charming. And the breakfast was out of this world, absolutely fabulous. Staff was absolutely friendly and welcoming, even when most couldn’t speak English.

It would be great to have the menu for the spa translated in English. I do speak several languages, French isn’t one of them. English would be the current standard I get through all over the world. That should be a minimum effort, even if I accept that most French, even staff in hotels with international guests, can’t speak it.

Very attractive old hotel in the centre of town, all the staff were lovely and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. As it is a very old building you have to allow for narrow corridors, lots of steps and smaller rooms, but this is part of its charm.

Our only rider is that we stayed on the bell tower side of the hotel, not a problem 9:00 to 21:00hrs only, however the bins are emptied every morning at 5:00, recycled glass on Monday! Even with the windows closed it's noisy. Maybe the other end of the hotel is quieter.

Perfect stay in the heart of Honfleur due to excellent service by Staff who walk the extra mile to make it a grand stay for. they're guests. Free parking next to the hotel. Very good local breakfast, all fresh products. Fine dining at the hotel. Lovely and classic/cosy atmosphere with real paintings on the walls.

At arrival the restaurant was already fully booked. A hotel should leave some space for guests, or state in their site that the restaurant can be full booked.

The rooms were beautiful, we should have stayed longer. My friends were new to Honfleur and could have had more time to explore. We had every amenity we needed and most of the staff very pleasant!

We found the breakfast very expensive and not very good value for money. It was touted by staff as a luxury buffet but €30 was a stretch when a very nice main course in a restaurant costs less. The breakfast cereal choices were very French and unhealthy.

This hotel has other properties dotted all over the beautiful port town of Honfleur - you can book and entire house or a cottage - so many great options. We stayed in "Le Jardin" an old girl's school a little way up the Hill. A very lovely room in all respects. No air conditioning, which usually won't be a problem as in the courtyard and up the hill you can open all the windows and not be disturbed. How it would have been down in the church square with plenty traffic noise, I don't know, but could be rather hot with windows closed! Le Jardin also has three wonderful meeting rooms that I'd love to use one day. Staff super nice and helpful. Parking was OK, I think usually would be OK.

Their in-house restaurant was about as contemptuous of vegetarians as any we found in Honfleur, that's why my score isn't a straight 10, and that's why we didn't even take breakfast there, as we didn't want to patronise an eatery that doesn't seem to realise that vegetarians exist and should be catered for. They need to get into the 21st century!

your staff are very friendly and professional - all of them from receptionist, bar staff, cleaners. location was excellent to see the sites in Honfleur

the decor in our room could have been much better - the lovely beams had been painted a horrible brown colour - same as the windows - if the beams went back to the wood or painted a lighter colour like "Elephants breath", the window frames painted black. the carpet changed to a Sisal style carpet the room would have been so much better especially when you are charging the prices you are !

Really friendly staff and helpful. The location is fantastic - right on the Saturday market. Perfect to stay in Honfleur and soak up its atmosphere. Great breakfast too.

The drive to the front of the hotel (to drop off our bags) through the narrow medieval streets is not for the timid. The offsite hotel parking was a challenge but, once parked, a wonder for a relaxed stay.

Amazing hotel and atmosphere. Makes you fill you are living in a fairytale place. Excellent staff! Will not name anyone in particular because all were very supportive and nice. From the check-in till the check-out I could give good examples of how hotels should care about their customers - congrats to all team.

All was very good, so this not a negative feeling, but hotel must fix the water flow during bath, once it goes out to bathroom floor. (Room 34) But nothing negative at the end.

Very romantic atmosphere in the room, the room is very clean and comfortable. The location can't be better, the hotel is right in the very center.

The romance and beauty of the room came at some sacrifices made in the bathroom. It's very dark, has only one sink and while the shower cabin is very spacious it doesn't have a single shelf or anything at all to put your toiletries on. Everything has to stay on the floor. Parking is terrible. It's a very old city created for people and horses not cars. There're 4 parking spots in front of the hotel + one handicapped space. And these spaces are public. Also we got ticketed on Saturday because you have to take the car away on Saturday because of the farmers market. The market is amazing, but I'd have appreciated a heads up from the check-in clerk. It was totally my fault, the sign is right in front of the car, it's in 3 languages (fr/de/en) but I still managed to ignore it.
