Location: - It takes about 10 mins to the hotel from train station. - To other attractions, it normally takes 30 - 50 mins. Room is pretty big and it provides kitchen. That's convenient.

Service: When I arrived in hotel and would like to ask the reception staff for the keys, the first sentence is not welcoming, but "10 mins", even the staff is not busy at works. Wow... That's suprisingly special service I've never experienced. No hair dryer provided: They provided limited hair dryer. It's better to ask for the reception as soon as possible :)

Metro station nearby (7min walk Porte de Choisy Line 7), bus and train as well, small restaurants and coffee shops (boulangeries). On the right side there is a small supermarket. Everything is new, clean and in good conditions in the hotel. The neighborhood feels safe and it is 25min to city center by metro.

A hairdryer would be nice and at night you can hear some trains and ambulance depending on the floor you are and how deep is your sleep. Also, a credit card is needed to do the security deposit (150€).

Convenient location to bus, tram and metro stations. Small supermarket next door and great Thai restaurant by the metro station. Room was spacious. Onsite laundry super useful too.

Location was ideal for Sports Centre Carpentier. Hotel was new and clean. Room was very good, pleased to have a kitchenette with fridge. Also close to metro, I would stay here again. Small but adequate supermarket close by.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

The location was very convinient to me. The rooms were good and clean on checking in. I also liked the security of the premises. The staff were always jovial and willing to assist. The provision of storage facilities was super.

I did not like the blocking of funds as security deposit. I think you can do better having the rooms cleaned every 2 days. The uncleaning of the rooms bring in the risks of diseases. Cleanliness of the rooms should be your priority. Just add it to the cost of the rooms.

New and clean

The hotel was great. Staff were very helpful and nice. There was laundry/ironing and small fitness area on the main floor. My room was fairly large and relatively clean. I appreciated the little kitchenette for storing drinks/making light food etc. The room was relatively very neat and tidy. Bonus,very walkable to trains/buses and market next door. I truly enjoyed my stay overall and fell in love with Paris.

My only gripe was the dishes weren’t cleaned properly and old washed blood stain on sheet. I cleaned the dishes I used throughly before using.

We staid in a twin room type. It's bigger then the rooms in the properties downtown Paris. The location is great and it's really worth for the economy stay. It's within 7 min walk on a nice side walk from the pink line of the Porte de Choisy metro station. You can get to Louvre Museum, etc. quickly. Nice food options everywhere, there is Aushan store within 5 min walk to buy cheep & quality food. You can take tram 3A (5 stops) and at the University stop take a train (50 min) straight to Charles de Gaul airport. There is a kitchenette in the room and a mini fridge. There are also cups, glasses, folks, etc. The staff was very friendly and was willing to explain how to get to the places of interest. It's safe to get in as the main door of the property opens with the magnetic keys only. Our room was on the 4th floor facing yard. The noise of the street didn't bother at all. We were able to find couple TV channels in English. They have a fenced area with the armchairs and table outside for those who smoke. There's a hair saloon across the street. I was pleased with the service.

The floor of the room wasn't that clean. We had issues with the shower as the water from the shower kept leaking on the floor. We asked to fix it but the issue remained. Please make sure to take shampoo and hairdryer as it's not provided as well as no coffee or tea. If you are a tall and big person, the bed maybe too small for you. The lobby isn't that spacious for the guests to sit in case you want to relax there in the evening.

Staying in this Apart-Hotel has been a solid choise for our first time visiting Paris. The reception was always kind and helpful, there weren't been any language barrier since everyone spoke enough English (which we noticed is not as common as other cities). The Hotel is well connected to the principle areas with Metro/Bus/Tram so it was perfect.

If i have to give an advice, the only thing that's improvable in the Hotel is a Little bit more of attention in cleaning the rooms, since we found some dust and trash from the other clients. (Not enough to ruin our stay btw)

Very kind staff and very large room with all comforts. Luggage storage free of charge. Hotel in a safe area and very well connected with transport means. Tram stop of Tram T9 almost in front of the hotel and going to the metro station Port de Choisy every 5 minutes. The metro station is anyway reachable also by walking 5-7 minutes. Hope to come soon again to Paris and stay again at this hotel!

The room was cleaned even if some parts of the room could have been cleaned better, but this was not a big issue. Sometimes, during the night, the room became suddenly cold and it looked like air conditioning for heating was not working or we were not able to switch it on for heating. I have to say that we were there end of May and the weather was unexpectedly pretty cold on some evening/night. We also did not ask if there was any possibility to have heating, because there was a warm bed cover on the bed and there was also another one in the wardrobe. So this also was not a big issue for us.
