- location was fine, 8 minutes walk to Porte d’Italie Metro Station (pink line 7) - good value for money for Paris - internet was hit and miss, got to watch some of my NRL with no problem but other times it was a bit iffy - the guy who checked us in was good, helpful and knowledgable (others less so) - separate toilet and shower which is always good when in a small room - the bunk bed was well placed above the double bed, not taking up any more space

- the Wi-Fi (see above) - not the easiest to find the first visit

Rooms so small, but have everything we need. Some genius was planning the space. Amazing!

Staff is polite, but made big mistake: I wanted to arrange taxi for early depature on Monday. Two days in advance I asked a lady to arrange. The next day I wanted just to confirm, but they did not have it in their notes. So the guy said it taxi will be there (not writting anything in his notes). The next morning we came down 5 a.m. but the third guy at the reception was surprised and said he did not have anything in the notes. There was no taxi at that time at all, so he had to call private driver to take us. So unreliable! And stressful.

I am very grateful for my stay in the hotel. When I was booking I understood that hotel is not going to be in front of Eiffel tower and that if I would like to go to the tourist destinations I would need to commute. There are two metro stations within 10- 15 minutes walk from the hotel, and voila I could be anywhere I needed. The rooms are very simple, what I appreciate a lot. I do not like cluttered rooms with carpets which hides tones of dirt. Our room was amazingly clean, well organized, with simply but necessary things like shower gel, toilet paper, and so on...to stay for a couple of days. The rooms even have conditioners (for such a very modest price, it is a luxury). I am grateful for the simplicity, and cleanliness of our room. I would like to say special thank you to the employees of the hotel. I had some general questions, and requests and each person i spoke with was so patient, so kind, so friendly, but efficient and very helpful. I hope somebody from the hotel will read my feedback, please pass my gratitude to the employees who worked the days I was there, Trust me, I am not a sweat person, but each person I communicated with (the cleaning gentleman, and several receptionists) touched me with their supportive, sincerely friendly and willing to help attitude. If I come to Paris again (I would prefer not to,,,it is such a hustle and bustle there;))) I would stay in this hotel with pleasure.

None. everything was great. Thank you.

Everything was great! From the beginning of the stay to the end, everything was amazing. The staff working at the reception were wonderful! We came a bit earlier than our check-in time, but they checked me into a room a bit earlier, so we could leave our luggage there. They also gave us all the information and printed out the invoices right away, which is important for business travelers. The room was amazing! It was simply furnished, but spacious, clean and light. The bathroom was big, clean and had a great open style shower space. The tiles in the bathroom are rough, so there's no fear of slipping. Also, the room is air-conditioned and you have the possibility to set the temperature and the mode of cooling, This was such a blessing with the temperatures in Paris reaching +30 degrees Celsius during the day. It was one of the most comfortable hotel stays ever. The breakfast buffet is also nice and there's a lot of choice.

There's nothing to complain about.

The staff was really friendly, i unfortunately don't know the name of the person who checked us in, (but it was on the 14th of April at around 14:30, he was really friendly and helped us with everything. The rooms were clean and they cleaned it every day. The bed was 8/10, since i was sleeping alone in the queen size bed. The location is around 10 minutes towards the metro station, and overall around 25-30 minutes to the city center of Paris by walking and metro. For the price paid, its definitely great. better here than any hostel inside of Paris. We came always around midnight and nothing happened to us. We also checked out around 4-5AM and all was good.

The location is convenient and outside the Paris emissions area. We walked 10 minutes and caught the Metro. The room was clean, basic but comfortable. Had to request extra towels and pillows. Breakfast was a good value. Parking was secure.

We were riding two motorcycles and there was a misunderstanding with parking and we were charged twice. The hotel couldn’t refund the money on my credit card and I had to feel out a form with my bank details so they can refund the money. I still haven’t received it.

Very good option for the money spent. Metro in 5 minutes, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the linen was new. The room ergonomics was great: the room is really tiny, but it was comfortable enough for two adults and a kid with all their belongings for a 4 days trip. Parking is available for 11 euro, just a bargain for Paris.

Nothing bad could be said. The rooms are small and the hotel is on the noisy road, but that is a budget hotel, 80 euro per night for three persons for Easter in Paris - what could one have expected?

The room was very good. Although we require room for two people, with a bunk bed it would've been sufficient for 3 people. Although lack of closet space might have created some issues.

Translucent bathroom doors. It was very weird to have translucent bathroom doors. Although the bathroom doors were tinted still It would've been better to have opaque bathrooms. Also, there were no locks on the bathroom doors. And although Europeans are a "wiping community", still, there should be at least a water tap in the toilet.

Part of a chain(Accor), so everything had standards. Breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options. Nice smoking patio in the back. Room size was nice.

Didn't bother me as I have a white noise gadget, but this hotel is right above a major thoroughfare on the outskirts of Paris and very close to a hospital. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention, my white face cloth was hung with the towels, got swooped up and now I don't have it. Metro line is about a 15 minute walk away.

Exceptional value for money. The location is near to metro and necessary facilities. Also good for those arriving to and departing from Orly airport. The room is small but very well organised. It's even enough for 3 people. Private shower is good. Room is clean. You can rent a hairdryer at the reception. All in all, it is very good and cheap place to stay in Paris.

Nothing bad to say.
