Nice, friendly couple who are the owners. They live in the main house next door. A well managed garden, a nice, well maintained pool that is accessible 24/7 - a definite plus with family. The quadruple room was just about adequate for us with 2 teenagers. It had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was well appointed with the essentials It is a good location if you have a car. Within 10-15 mins drive from beatuful towns like Mougins, Grasse. Antibes - 30 mins. St Paul de Vence, Nice are all within easy driving distance, as also are some of the best beaches - Cap Ferrat, Theole-Sur-Mer, Juan Les Pins.

The quadruple room could have been a little more spacious for a family of 4.. There are 3 rooms for offer. A standard double and a family room. We were lucky to have been the only guests there, so we had no disturbance. Otherwise, the space made privacy a little difficult. There's not much to do locally. You need to go to neighbouring towns like Mouans-Sartoux or Grasse for takeout or supplies.

Was quite perfect for a family with babies. Good and big breakfast with home made cake, sweets, yogurt, fresh juice, big bowl of fresh fruit and other things, you cannot eat all they will put on the table, I had to take some in the room to eat later :)))) The place is nicely packed with a lot of vegetation which I personally like, it's like you are in a tropical area with a nice clean pool in the middle. The owners are very friendly and helpful, thanks.

uniquely decorated and air conditioned clean room was very comfortable for my family with 2 small kids, and there was all we needed. The swimming pool and the terrace in front of the room were in cool resort style with lots of trees and in quiet environment.

some mosquitos in the garden which is quite normal in the south of France in summer but anti mosquito products were provided in the room.

Pauline and Fred are wonderful people. They have a loveplace version of paradise on earth. The breakfast was fantastic and homemade, the pool is amazing, the room are great and clean, and the garden is so wonderful peaceful. See you next Film Festival in Cannes again. Greetings @Sondopsy

Everything was good.

Awesome place in the middle of the countryside. The property is exceptional and very well maintained, everything is in order and clean, both the garden and inside the room. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is exceptionally clean. Just for comparison, for the same price you can get a dirty room in Novotel 10km away on the side of the highway. Hosts are a nice family that are very happy to help you, you will feel at home pretty soon. We didn't try the homemade breakfast, but i'm pretty sure this is not the last visit so we will try next time!

Place and pool is good maintain, Pauline was always available if we needed anything

If you do not have a car, access can be quite limited from supermarket, restaurants...
