The staff was exceptional. There was something in our food we didn't like (basically, we ordered a dish that we don't like, but only realized too late), and the staff dealt with the situation in the best possible way. In short, they were so nice that the negative experience (our fault) became a really nice experience of interaction with them. No money pays people like this. Top, really!

The hotel itself, for the money, was great. Clean, smart, not expensive and everything had been thought about well. The cost to smile ratio was bang on.

About ten parking spaces for the entire hotel. Says in the advert ‘private parking’. When the booking has been taken and they have your money they send an email to tell you there might be no parking - and it’s an extra tenner. Leaves a sour taste, particularly if you’re taking two 75 year olds and you have a really bad back…. Not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue. Beware if you plan on taking a car!!

The location is perfect! Right at the train station, and connected to tram lines. The city centre is 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is very nice. The staff was generally nice and helpful.

The fan in the bathroom is always on, never stops, don't know why. The windows in the room cannot be opened, so I felt boxed in a bit. One of the staff on the reception speaks no English, and on check out I was able to only partially explain to this person how my payment and invoice should be handled, although initially I was assured by other, English-speaking staff that there would be no problem to handle it exactly as I needed. This caused some administrative problems for me when I wanted to claim my travel expenses.

I stayed here for the Le Mans MotoGP weekend, and it was a fantastic option. The hotel is right next to the train station, which is great if you have heavy bags. The facilities are nice and the room was spacious, with nice bed and bathroom.

As expected, the price on the weekend of an event will be high, so not so much a negative. The breakfast didn't really have vegan options, and it was hard to find something to eat elsewhere in the mornings.

Very centrally located next to the train station (which you will not hear in the room), with dedicated (paid) parking and an EV charger. Only 1 of the 2 connections worked and you need a Shell Recharge card or account, but great to have a full battery the next morning. The hotel is easy to find, well sign posted and about a 20 minute walk to the city center and it’s restaurants. There’s also a basic restaurant in house. Small-ish rooms, but clean and having everything one needs for a short stay.

Breakfast lacking a bit in fresh meats and such (although with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, self boiled eggs, machine coffee)

Location (next to transport hub). The rooms were large & clean (we are a family of 4), with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke better English, than my French, which was a bonus.

The water from the shower took a long time to drain away. We had to use the towels (sorry!) to dry the water that had accumulated behind the bathroom door. Maybe it was just that particular room, I don't know.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good for a quick stop over.

Overflow parking looked like a disused multi-storey car park and felt insecure. We were directed there, but very low entrance, inaccessible with the top box so had to go back to hotel where the very helpful staff squeezed us in to the more secure hotel parking.

Very clean and good rooms, good breakfast and staff. Off street parking for motorcycles. Hotel is on top of station so a plus for some, hotel very good value for money

Coridors to rooms could do with a freshen up, breakfast was very busy and hotel location wasent great as on top of station which is not the best place to be situated by previous experience of staying in france. Only got 13 car spaces on site and you can't reserve.as for Le Mans it self ill give it a miss completely no water or milk for tea in room.

Lovely room, nice and clean with good facilities. Located not too far from the centre of Le Mans (probably 5 minutes walk or there abouts), dont expect to be able to park at the hotel itself as its very limited however there is a multistory next door which is only €11 per day.

Reasonably clean. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Convenient restaurant downstairs

Parking situation is convoluted and requires parking in a garage used by rental car companies that is marked full. Restaurant food was nothing exceptional. What you’d Expect from a hotel restaurant.
