The hotel was very clean, functional and comfortable. There was an attractive swimming pool although we didn't get round to using it. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. There were two good restaurants 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk into Fougere which we found quite doable. For us the onsite EV chargers (8?) were a huge bonus. The hotel gave us an activation card for the duration of our stay and we were the only users we saw. As far as we can tell at the moment we were not charged! I also liked other aspects of the hotel's attitude to sustainability: no plastic at breakfast (even the yoghurts were cardboard and foil), large reusable shower gel/soap/shampoo dispensers and solar panels on the roof. It was an enjoyable first stay on our holiday tour.

There was some road noise in the morning if the window was open but this was a minor issue.

I really liked the hotel. It is conviniently placed, not very far from the castle, near supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and nice. And there was a free, private parking by the hotel. Very good breakfast, even if you are not French you could find something good to eat. High quality products were served for breakfast.

First morning there was a bit broken coffee/tea machine at breakfast but it was fixed next day. Besides if you asked a staff member they helped you with it.

The hotel is about 2 miles from the centre of Fougeres on the way in from the autoroute from Rennes. It is in an out of town shopping complex near McDonalds and has plentiful car parking. There is an automatic gate across the car park which closes about 11pm for security but it seems a very safe town. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a massive TV with a wide range of channels including Canal + which is encrypted in most hotels. Fougeres has some nice restaurants and is a beautiful town with historic chateau, but the latter was closed for renovation when we stayed.

I slipped over in the shower but luckily was uninjured, so I would advise people to be very careful in the shower tray

really clean and modern, very friendly staff and a lovely comfy room! The air conditioning was lovely to come back to from a hot day out and to relax on a comfortable bed was perfect after a busy day. really convenient to get to and not too far away from anything. all the staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly!

only very very minor but I wasn’t keen on the hand wash fragrance in the bathroom, it was too strong for me and was quite overpowering. also I felt the breakfast was a little over priced.

Modern hotel with large comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Plenty of parking space. Very helpful air-conditioning under unusually hot weather in Brittany. Good breakfast.

Not really in Fougères. No availability of room for 3 persons. Fire alarm at 6 o'clock on a Sunday morning due to a stupid customer who wanted to smoke a cigarette in a non-smoking room ! Certainly not the responsibility of the hotel but the information provided during the incident was more than scarce...

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, nice swimming pool, very good breakfast, free parking, very practical and clean room, comfortable bed, close to motorway, nice French restaurant within walking distance on the commercial centre site.

Avoid Room 108. It was directly above an outdoor lounge/eating area on the ground and the noise from the people was almost unbearable, even with the windows closed.

The breakfast and the friendliness of the staff was great. Thanks for the two big bowls of peanuts we could restore our salt deficiency after part two of our Paris Brest Paris ride

The shower had a broken knob

Easy to find from autoroute. No restaurant is a minus but excellent French restaurant within 200 yds.,and a McDonalds even closer. Comprehensive continental breakfast with scrambled eggs available. Very helpful staff. Secure parking on site with key code for late return after dining out.

Next door to macdonald for coffee ! .. beds huge but a bit uncomfortable for me . Room cleaning prompt and friendly ,

Put a room holding charge on card not told about when booking fee .
