The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a good one night stay.

The lady at the reception was abrupt with us on arrival questioning if we had booked the parking place where we had just parked our car. We had actually booked the parking and I received a message from the hotel to confirm this. But she kept insisting that it is not on her computer and she booked us a parking space and allocated us a room. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable, I found the ventilation was poor and we could not open the window. There is a fan that we could use should we need to; on a very hot day I can imagine this room would be uncomfortable. All in all it was a good stay shame about the way we were received and the ventilation in the room.

Stopped here on our way to Chamonix as we messed up arrival dates .....it is what it says on the box.. great one night stay a bit dated but who cares... not buying just stopping over Super clean,super super comfy beds, safe parking, delicious breakfast I am writing this review watching Mountblanc off my top floor 2 bed penthouse apartment in Chamonix ... still can't fault our stay there

What an excellent place to stay everything about it was good even though from the outside it looked a bit old,the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, also pizzas were a available and good value. We parked by the railway station no problem, the bar-tabac across the road was nice and handy, if we were in that area again we wouldn’t hesitate in staying there.

Room was huge with a big bathroom. We arrived on a very hot day and there was a large fan already plugged in an cooling the room we were allocated. The staff were very helpful.

Nothing considering the price for our room. One of the roller shutters was broken but that didn't adversely affect our stay.

Generous room, decent breakfast, affable staff. If you order breakfast and 'dinner'...you get a pizza 'dinner' at a very reasonable price.

Arrived a little late so had to eat in our room...no spaces in the car park but on street parking was safe and plentiful. Don't be put off by the tired communal areas - the room was fab.

the fact that the restaurant is Pizza only and stop serving at 20:00 but you can access pizza vending machine 24/7 and eat in your room...

This should really be a 3 star hotel. It is only let down by the need for refurbishment in some public areas.

Easy to find and parking available. Only a short walk into the centre of Lons, which was really pleasant with many bars and eateries. The staff were very helpful. Very good value for a one night stopover.

My room was newly renovated, with a lovely chimney. Although it is facing the train station, the double window system makes the place very quiet. I really much appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the hotel staffs. It is walking distance to the city center, convenient!

10 out of 10! Everything here was exceptional. Good location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast!

Great at this time of year, but the lack of AirCon might make it uncomfortable in summer.
