It pretty much has what you need. The price is very reasonable. If you want a cheaper hotel, then it's the place to go.

Nothing fancy, and it is in desperate need of a refurb (the decor is exactly the same as when I stayed there 27 years ago), but the price reflects this. The breakfast is very basic, but again, it's cheap, so we weren't expecting much different. There wasn't a safe in the room.

This hotel is a genuine home from home. I travel with the Westminster Pilgrimage every year (excepting Covid times). We would not stay anywhere else. The warmth of our welcome from this family run hotel is the difference in all aspects of our stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Isabelle and her staff. She is the third generation to run the Irlande Hotel. The hotel is central, with complete lift access to the street leading to the Grotto and all chapels. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained and absolutely clean. I cannot recommend The Irlande enough, for value for money and more importantly for the care given to each and every person. These people are so aware of the vulnerability of many pilgrims and the care, respect and personal attention to detail given to all ensures that we return year after year. If the star ratings reflected the value added kindness this hotel would be 10 stars!

Nothing. The hotel, the staff the location, the ease of accessibility and access to the Grotto- without the noise! cannot be beaten.

Exceptional stay at Hotel Irlande. Service was excellent, as soon as we arrived rooms were ready, cleaned thoroughly. Isabelle was very nice and helpful through the whole of our stay, especially when in need of taxis. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous hotel.we stayed 2 adults 1 child 2 years of age. We were on the 4th floor, which essentially was the 7th as you come in to reception at -3 . The room had a double bed and a single bed with two small balcony s. The view was spectacular. Isabell was very informative about the area . And the sanctuary was less than 2 mins walk. The room was clean .

Friendly welcome and staff (all of them). Clean, tidy, well serviced room. Good food and very good value wine list

No air conditioning but for what I paid I could hardly expect it!

The location is excellent, 2 mins away from the sanctuary. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very helpful. All in all the hotel is very good, it might need a bit of TLC but I would go again.

The bar did not stock spirits .ie Bacardi that 1 of our group drank and the vodka tasted of liquorice so we had to partake elsewhere . perhaps it was too early in the season! but not a major setback .

The location is just perfect. Very close to the sanctuary and shops. Isabelle at the reception is very accommodating and helpful.

The size of the room, could have gone a little bigger. But no big deal. I wish there is a kettle in the room so we can have tea or coffee at odd times.

The staff were exceptional. They catered to any of our needs.they were extremely friendly and helpful.

Location was great, walking distance to the main sights of the city.

Unfortunately, the rooms were smaller than other properties we have visited in Lourdes.
