It was clean and bright with a lovely view of the marina and the pool. Very helpful staff too. Huge, spotlessly clean pool which is in the sun all day (and we often had to ourselves). Beautiful beaches and restaurants a short walk away and if your room is high enough (book a sea view room as you can also see the pool and marina), you can see the sea, Cannes in the distance and Mandelieu castle. A beautiful part of the world - we loved every minute of our stay.

No sunbeds or shade / parasols at the pool. No pool games allowed either. This did not spoil our stay there in any way, we just think booking.com/the Apart Hotel should make it clear that the apartments are part of a residential complex and there are quite strict rules around the use of the pool.

The office people are extremely nice and they will help you with everything you need! the cleaning ladies are very good, very professional and they will clean your place, every day!!! I can’t say anything about what I didn’t like! it was perfect!! We stayed there for 11 days, and was very pleasantly!!💕

The apartment had a splendid view over the Marina, the pool and the sea. It had all the amenities that we needed. Also we had access to a private parking for our rental car. It is a walking distance from La Galerie, a small shopping mall with a Géant Casino, and small shops.

I believe the apartment was a little over priced

I would recommend to everyone these apartments. It feels like own place at the sea! Swimming pool is big, there are some rules so you want be disturbed with swimming things in it. Everything is easy to use and you can get what you want. We were nicely surprised with cleaned room and changed sheets while stay. I would come back there for sure. There is also no limit of people in appartement you only need to pay taxes for certain amount of people which is super good.

The room was comfortable. The AC was good. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool & marina. The kitchen was stocked with the expected items. The grocery store is very close and easy to walk too for supplies.

The shower is very small. We are average size and you can barely bend down in the shower. The bed is the only real negative, it is very flat and does not give much support. I was there for business at the Festival and it is difficult some days to get an Uber.

A really lovely place to stay! Good value, clean, conveniently located with a reserved parking space. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Cooking facilities were good. The pool was enormous and extremely inviting! Highly recommended!

We had to go home!

The view was amazing. We were on the 13th floor. The check in was so clear as we arrived after midnigh and we were able to access all the doors (main entrance, appartment and Parking). The pool area was clean and well maintained and a gaurd was sitting all the time to make sure everybody complies with the rules.

Very good. Everything worked, very friendly staff, clean, kitchenette well equipped, nice balcony, good washer, free parking, HUGE pool which we enjoyed thoroughly (with strict policies for good order and a life guard).

The bin at the kitchenette had no lid. Check in at 10am is way too early and inconvenient for the guests.

Free parking on site, Clean, nice area good for family and close to supermarket and mall. Good Resturant in adjacent building 2 minutes walk away or a coffe shop in the mall five minutes away

This was a lovely big sized apartment that had a great view and was very cozy. Will definitely stay again! Parking was nice and secure. it is also located in a nice area.

The only slight downside is that it’s at least a taxi drive away from the main port in Cannes where all the main night life is etc. However, still an amazing stay!
