Quiet location in the beautiful treed hills- our stay was just what we needed on our long road trip! The apartments are clusters of attractive 2 story individual townhouses with kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. The bed was so comfortable- and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of privacy between the charming tile roofed apartments with large flowering trees and shrubs! There are two beautiful well maintained pools throughout the property too!

Very good place for family. The place is quiet, surrounded by nature. House with two floors. We found everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Children could swim in the pool. It is about 1 km to the sea, but the walk is quite fun. The town is very cozy, we visited the castle, which we really liked. The port is amazing, we really enjoyed visiting here.

The garden could be looked after more.

Great value for money in an expensive area, Mandelieu town and beach front were only a 15 minute walk away, with free mimo buses running regularly from right outside the property. Lovely pool and the apartment was spacious for a couple, exactly what we needed. Airconditioning was reliable and the apartment was well furnished with great amenities. Staff at reception were always friendly and helpful.

When we arrived the first apartment we were assigned didn’t have working air conditioning, but after informing staff they moved us immediately to another apartment.

Good location not so far from the sea and the center. They had 2 pools, we always chose the pool in B-section since I think it was more quiet. Part of the park already renovated, other part still to do. The houses aren't that big but big enough and it resembles the pictures on the site. Overall a great place to stay to visit the South of France at a good price vs quality.

We initially got an economy room which wasn't renovated. Thas as such was fine but there was no coffee machine, no oven and it wasn't that clean. But we asked at the reception and got an upgrade. Wifi worked but not always that good.

It's an amazing place, shopping is 5 minute drive, the beach is 5 minute drive it's a lovely place!!! Lovely 2 swimming pools, even laundry room with dryer. What can you ask more?

Nothing- there is an issue with the internet but thanks to that we spend more time as a family:)

Hidden gem just outside the town. Three is a free bus into town. Pools are great and house was clean and spacious. Loved this place. Football pitch for kids too. My 10 & 12 year had a blast

Nice place, very close to small village Mandelieu, few km from Cannes. Great choise if you have your own car. Great small house, 2 pools, 1km to the beach, parking place, clean and cosy. Nice staff at the reception. Would recomend it, for sure. Excelent value for money!

Great swimming pool, beach is 15 minutes walk (there is a free bus going to the beach from the nerby), nice place to come with your kids and dog. There was a railway station in the town (near the beach, in 15 minutes walk) so it was possible to leave the car and go for trips by train.

Lack of restaurant.

Nice pool, quite location on the complex.

The accomodation was good, our only difficulty was as arriving on foot from the town there were no pavements to stay on the right side of the road and the crossing point was near a blind bend.
