If you’re a tourist, want to do touristy things, catch a ferry to nearby islands, go to museums, or enjoy local restaurants, you can’t find a better location. Very comfy bed and pillows, a perfect heating/cooling system, and a modern shower. The apartment was very clean and properly managed, with clear instructions. Despite the city being notoriously dirty, once you open your apartment door, it’s spotless and makes you forget outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, followed up on everything from the time of booking until I left, I had a small internet issue as the main provider had the line down in the entire region, and a staff member showed up at the door in minutes once I mentioned that the issue persist the next day when the followed up, A+ service.

Stairs, there’s no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep as it’s an old building as anywhere else in the area, but a good workout if you’re young and able :) I was given just one towel for the bathroom sink and shower, and the size of it was in between the hand towel and shower towel, so quite tiny for the shower towel, could be better there. As they have the kitchen (stove), could’ve left a small bottle of oil and salt & pepper for some eggs in the morning.

The tasteful decoration of the appartment, the location (close to the Vieux Port, with all its restaurants and terraces, also close to the metro station), the amability of the staff.

There was no elevator in the building (we received an appartment at the fifth floor); the shower had two fixed walls and no flexible one, which made it kind of difficult to get in and out.

It was probably one of the best experiences we ever had in France! the apartment and the services were so good. Location is excellent, we are family with 2 small kids so staying closer to the old port was really convenient, easy to reach to the boat starting point and also the little tourist train ride close by, with plenty of grocery stores (Picard is right there!!) and restaurants. we reserved the car parking as mentioned in the welcome message, highly recommend because it's safe and so convenient, we didn't have any problem getting the car in and out The apartment is so nice and clean, quite spacious as well. Everything is new and in great condition. I especially like that in the fridge there are some drinks and some snacks (not free of course) but again really convenient, not overly charging neither (i.e. a bottle of wine would be 10-12 euro) fair price! TV can connect to your own Netflix account, wifi is fast. The kitchen is not big but honestly has everything you would need, the Sofa bed is one of the most comfortable sleeping sofa we had slept on!! and there's airconditioner!! Reception desk is so friendly and customer service orientated, we asked for a vacuum cleaner during the stay and we got it straightaway. Questions are answered almost immediately!! English is not a problem at all, so big bonus for us :)

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights in this super central apartment on the second floor (no lift, but nice spiral staircase) called Bureau 2. We were welcomed by Lucas at the reception office who was very kind and gave us plenty of recommendations including the most convenient car parking. The apartment interiors are really beautiful, clean, and it is well equipped with all amenities you need. The bedroom is very comfortable and also the sofa in the living room. You are really in the heart of Vieux Port at walking distance from all must see in Marseille!

Les Appartements du Vieux Port had checking on the other side of the block than the actual entrance to the apartment was, which is ok. Though the apartment was in a older building it was renovated and looked very clean and modern, e.g. with all the kitchen appliances needed. The location is perfect, perhaps only hundred meters from the old port, and the area was peaceful and gave safe feeling. Personnel was most kind. I got excellent, fully useful info about what to see and do in Marseille, thank you. Appreciated. :-)

The deposit of 200 eur might have caused problems but it was duly returned very quickly after checkout. Thank you. Only drawback was perhaps that since the apartment was in the first floor on street side some noise came through windows, however not that much that it would have disturbed my sleep. I guess closer to old port the noise would have been more disturbing.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in central Marseille. The place itself couldn't be more central, yet is was quiet and comfortable and a wonderful place to relax in the evening after a long day of exploring. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, as well as a great outdoor space for relaxing in the sun. It was a great mix of old and new. I'd also like to give special recognition to the host / manager Marc, who was communicative, always available, and very friendly. He really made things smooth and enjoyable for us. Highly recommended, especially for a couple on a retreat!

Great place, great staff, great city. What's not to like! I guess if there's any constructive feedback it would be to have one more chair in the lounge area in addition to the sofa. Otherwise, I can't fault the place!

Excellent place to stay in Marseille! This place was pretty big - the bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, and plenty of hot water. The washing machine worked great and the kitchen/living room were large with all the comforts of home. Marc, the manager, kept in constant communication and explained everything to me. There is a Monprix just around the corner, so if you wanted to cook a few nights or have breakfast - it was very convenient. Location was superb - two minute walk from the metro and the ocean. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Marseille!

Not a whole lot - my apartment was on the 4th floor (maybe 3rd??) and there is no lift - as I always say - don't expect a lift when you travel in Europe.

The apartment was very safe and secure and yet was in the heart of the city. It was beautifully furnished, was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed with regards to appliances. The bed was so comfy, and the shower was amazing. Also, the reception staff were especially attentive and were on the end of a WhatsApp message if needed. However, the reception was just around the corner from the apartment, so it's also superb easy to drop in. We also loved the fact that we were in walking distance to all the main attractions as well as restaurants and bars. It really was exceptional value too.

The apartment’s location was perfect for a Marseille weekend for touring, brunching, and strolling. Who knew the old port has an entire brunch restaurant scene? The apartment itself (patio) was on the European first floor, which we needed having a baby and stroller, and was really nice and true to the pictures. WiFi and TV set up were great, too, but it was the employees that made it fabulous. They were super helpful with info and advice, and watched the children with songs/videos while I packed up the car when the nearby parking garage elevator went out and became stroller inaccessible. Highly recommend for a couple or small family!

For us, the set up was perfect. I think others have detailed the stairs situation for other units. All extra prices are clear in correspondence and inside the apartment.

The room was extremely well renovated and beyond my expectations. The windows kept the noise out but had to be closed because the streets below were so noisy. The location was prime and safe with great sights, restaurants, and grocery shopping very nearby.

The parking was either difficult or expensive. We chose expensive, which was over €30 for one night. But that did give us a space in the public garage right across the street from the apartments, which made it easy to check in and out and make several trips with all of our stuff. (We are traveling with our dog so we need 2 trips to get everything in and out.)
