Very friendly and helpful staff (Theo!); free coffee and tea and even cakes!; very centrally located; nice handwritten welcome card; tasty breakfast (not included in the price); no problem with prolonging my stay with one night

Two small issues: TV was not set, I had to find and set all channels myself; shower was ill designed and water, under the screen, flew on the floor

Beautiful staff, fantastic little room with aircon and a hot shower. Very thoughtful hosts who left a sweet little note and gift for us and offered to give us tips about Marseille

The only thing would be the bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed we have slept in! It was kind of sinking in the middle! But other then that is was a lovely little room!

My recent stay at the hotel in Marseille was nothing short of fantastic. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly smiles of receptionist, who set the tone for the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. The soap and the small note they left on our bed was such a nice surprise. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is extremely well located, a stone’s throw from the port and the Panier neighborhood. It is also close to a number of wonderful restaurants. The staff was friendly and gave us good tips about where to eat nearby.

Good location easy to reach from Train station. İn this category very good service and breakfast. HappyCulture hotel group is giving best service in France in the 3 star category with tea and coffee service all day and very cozy lounge place. Hotel is in the city centre you can walk around and see all main sightseeing points of the city easily.

You should love multicultural life if you visit Marseille City Center

The common area / breakfast room is quite nice with free drinks available all day. I didn’t try the breakfast here but come here for coffee and water after a long day, often there are other guests in the room. It’s nice to meet other guests (or chat with the staff) for a solo traveller :) My stay was wonderful thanks to Théo who was at the reception when I first came. He also gave some great recommendations for restaurants and we had some nice chats during my stay. His friendliness and smile were especially memorable :)

The back alleys of the hotel could be a bit dodged at night, but it’s better in daytime. It’s better to take the main road if you’re coming from the train station.

Location is very good. I walked all over in ever direction. Close to the Old Port and many restaurants.

It was kind of funny actually… but in the title of the hotel is, “Happy Culture”. When checking in, I asked the associate, ‘…how are you?” The response after a roll of the eyes and distressed look was, “I’m sad today because it’s going to rain.” Then a few days later upon check out (different associate) same question, the response after a similar eye roll and a long pause was, “I’m very tired today, and I have to work.” The irony was classic!

Very well located hotel, you can reach the port in 5 minutes on foot. Very good breakfast, there are not many choices but there are quality products. In the breakfast room you can have tea, coffee whenever you want. In the evening there were also cakes or sweets. All for free. Comfortable and big bed. Although in the evening there were many suspicious people on the street where the hotel is, there were police and it was not dangerous at all. Because I had a flight in the evening, I appreciated the fact that I could leave my luggage stored and then I could sit comfortably on the sofa in the hall with a cup of tea from the house.

Room a bit dark being at the back of the hotel, but we only came late in the evening so we went to sleep. It would be good to replace the towels as they are a bit worn.

The people were very friendly and helpful, absolutely nothing negative to say! The room was spacious but a bit awkwardly built - nothing major but there was this awkward empty space in the bathroom that could have been used better. The bed was comfortable, even though I hate having two mattresses- one of the people is always falling in between. Location was absolutely amazing, a few min walk from the harbor. All in all - a very good value for money!

Two mattresses on the double bed, the bathroom was dated and you couldn’t tilt the window to keep it open - it’s either all or nothing.

A place I would definitely return to in Marseille. The staff is very friendly. Accessible location with public transportation and close to the Old port. Breakfast was very good even though I didn't have it included in my stay.

Things that could be improved: The AC is not working or I couldn't figure out how to get it running; I didn't ask about it, but even when opening the windows, the noise from the street at night is loud. For the double bed, we had two single beds pushed together. Overall, it's okay but could be better.
