The hotel was amazing like a dream… First from the staff all of them were welcoming and friendly and very helpful… I want to send special thanks to Aurore from the concierge, she was very helpful to manage everything to make our stay at Megeve unforgettable.. starting from booking the car transfers to Courchevel, making the reservations in different restaurants (which all of them were amazing), adding to that arranging the ski passes renting ski clothes and equipment, and the booking the ski instructor… our stay in Megeve was amazing and unforgettable it was my first time to try the skiing and definitely I will come back again… Regarding to the rooms, the rooms were very nice decorated, clean , and comfortable. when you stay at this hotel you feel that you are to your second home with more special services that makes your stay unforgettable.. also I want to thank Jordan (am not sure if I spelled his name correctly) but he was in the front disk always smiling , he showed us the chalets which were very nice and big and perfect for families , so that we can stay at one of them in the next visit to Megeve.. and I will not forget to mention that the hotel provided us a free transfer service to the ski lifts, while the hotel location is perfect in the middle of Megeve beautiful downtown.. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel if they want to experience a nice ski holiday..

The price was expensive for two nights I wish if they can offer lower prices …

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are nicely decorated, the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. I liked welcome chocolate and fruits. It was only one night so probably we were not able to discover all the facilities the hotel has.

The only big problem we had it was lack of air conditionair in the room. We were not able to sleep at all because it was sooo hot. Finally when we open the windows we have got a bit of fresh air but it was really noisy with people going around, the cars and othet type of street noise. I think that it is not a good place for the summer or it is better to choose the rooms not facing the street.

The hotel is beautiful and is so clean

On both occasions we tried to have a drink on the rooftop bar before dinner, however, the service was so slow we didn’t even manage to order before we had to leave (despite being sat down for 30 mins). This was THE ONLY poor service we received. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant downstairs are all excellent

the location is close to the center, the staff were so kind and helpful especially Fabian he was amazing . the decor and the small coffee shop down at the lobby there was a nice welcoming lady there my son rayan loved her so much I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends

Truly friendly and helpful service, not intrusive yet very attentive. The location of the hotel is superb. Simple and elegant design where every little detail is considered with care, to both please aesthetically and to be very functional. I enjoyed my room with the small balcony, took advantage of the spa and had a wonderful lunch while listening to live jazz. Many thanks for your hospitality

The hotel was fabulous. The staff are so helpful and kind. It is in an excellent location close to lots of restaurants and the Chamois ski lift (only a 5-10 minute walk). The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle service to get you to the other ski lifts. The rooms are so comfortable and have nice big baths to soak in after a day on the slopes. We will definitely return!

The impeccable service was almost invisible. The staff, dressed in chinos, jackets, casual in fawns, whites, navies and browns, just seemed like country house bystanders who moved in to cater to your every need but never obstructively. There was such a “hands off vibe” we stuck around for several hours after check out, never felt we were imposing. It was so relaxed we fell asleep and missed our dinner reservation. They were unphased.

We had a nice experience at the hotel, the staff were very kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated but we didn’t get to enjoy it as I became unwell and had to go to hospital early the next day ,then had to check out very in the morning. We will definitely come back. The hotel is right in the center of Megève.

lovely authentic place, great location with great service.. lovely breakfast with elegant service (not an opened buffet but serviced with everything while sitting on the table) they brought chocolates and cake with birthday note to surprise my husband without asking for it!
