The apartment was an ideal base for a family holiday and the shuttle bus that the hotel operated was a necessity and very well run.

The staff were pretty hands off and the location made it too far to walk into the centre of Megeve. The apartments don’t have an en-suite wc which is a negative

The breakfast was ok - not as good as some hotels we have stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we had a problem with the electrics tripping while we were there and they reimbursed us one night for inconvenience but were apologetic and did their level best to get it fixed. The shuttle service to and from ski stops was excellent.

The breakfast was average and the bedroom was on the small side (not unusual) but was comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom was excellent.

The fact that they have family room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms. The pool was heated, Good bedsheets, soap by l'occitane good. The staff was super nice!!!kids friendly place. Smooth check in. Coffee and tea complimentary in the room. Very close to the center. Dishwasher is always a plus.

They did not have long chairs at the pool like in the pictures. In the bedroom, the carpet did not look very clean. Beds not comfy. It did not smell good in the corridors of the chalet(humidity.)

All the staff were exceptional, convenient ski shop with sale of lift passes too, fantastic shuttle service and no fuss overnight ski handling. Pool and sauna (including provision of robe and slippers), daily appartement clean and restocking of used products in apartment. Great hot showers and bath.

Only one toilet, and located too close to kitchen and lounge area. (I realise this can’t be changed but answers the question).

The breakfast is poor for 24 euros per person. The tea is cold, and could not get really hot water to make tea.

I chose the hotel becaise of the put-door swimming pool. But it was really cold. Only +30 which is for cold weather is cold. The guests were saying the same. They really hace to make the water warm like in other similar swimming pools. All the rest was perfect. A bit far away from the lifts, but they have shuttle. It complicates the rest actually

we were very pleasantly surprised by this property that offers a great mix between a hotel and a chalet. The kitchen space allows you to stay home if you so desire while there is a bar with light foods and a good restaurant if that is what you want. It is located out of the crowds but a short 8 -10 minute walk to the very center of town. The shuttle takes you to the ski lift. also the place was clean, the staff was super kind and the chalets are simple and tasteful. the outdoor pool was great as was the new Cinq Monde Spa.

The rooms are a little tight as there has had to be a choice between space and the convenience of storage and a pretty well stocked kitchen but it was not a major problem for us. Our room was on the street so we were awoken by the snow ploughing very early- this did not bother the rest of the family, but if you are sensitive bring your earplugs.

The staff were excellent. Very pretty accommodation, comfortable beds and nice and clean with convenient location for village . Great ski shop in the hotel and shuttle services to pistes.

The delux was a little smaller than expected and felt a bit cramped with cupboard doors not opening fully - would benefit from a redesign with additional WC . Pool felt a bit chilly - but that was my own personal opinion, and may suit others .

I loved everything about this pretty hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was absolutely beautiful and I had to drag myself away to get going on my journey the next day. The breakfast was excellent and with loads of choice. The location of the hotel was out of this world and it was only a short walk to the centre of Megeve. I hope to go back there one day.

We liked the location and the holiday atmosphere. The hotel is conceived like a village and that gives a lot of charm to the place

The rooms are tiny, even the family room. You have to think about closing one drawer before open a door or you get stuck… The hairdryers have no power … my daughter and I could not dry our hair…. Hopefully it was a hot sunny day 😊

The welcome of the Receptions staff was excellent. They took me to my room and explained all the facilities. They also provided information about the local events taking place this weekend and offered information about local restaurants

The restaurant team were a little bit confused about providing a cup of coffee just after the breakfast has officially finished. One said yes, one said no, another went to fetch the coffee, and finally everybody was happy
