The room was cozy, had everything I needed, a balcony and a bathtub. The bathtub was my special preference, which the hotel staff kindly honored when pre-planning my check-in. When I got cold in my room, the staff member at the front desk kindly brought me a second blanket. Everyone was very helpful. And the views and the sea itself! Just fabulous! And a very tasty breakfast

The battery in the bathroom was apparently coming loose from contact with the outlet and I had to fiddle with it to get it to work and the room to be warm. I would replace the radiator. In the bathroom, there was black mold on the windows in some places, which can be washed off with chlorine. It didn't bother me, but it was aesthetically not very pleasant

Everything was great! The hotel’s location is perfect with easy access to the old town and the beach. The staff were friendly and polite, they helped us with our questions. The important asset of the hotel is that they provide you with beach towels and umbrella. It was a lifesaver since we didn’t expect the beach to be wild. There was everything necessary for the comfort stay in the room, including slippers and robe. The WiFi was great even for video calls. The vied from the room is breathtaking

There are few things we didn’t quite like: 1. There was no bottles of water in the room, and there wasn’t a place where to fill in your own bottle. The only option is to buy it in the wending machine downstairs 2. The breakfast is quite poor. There was almost no choice. And unfortunately the taste wasn’t good as well.

Staff was super friendly & helpful, from Roberto at the front desk - to the housekeeping staff. There is parking on-site as well as public covered parking nearby. Our room was clean, quiet, featuring mini-fridge & safe. Air conditioner worked excellent during the heatwave of our stay. Location is excellent - 2 blocks from the beach, grocery, shopping & dozens of restaurents within a few minutes walk. Located in the center of town, yet close to the train station - the location was excellent & easy. Roof-top lounge & bar were an excellent retreat after a day out.

The terrace breakfast could have been better. We were told that the selection there would be limited compared to the dining room which is understood. We went up there the first day to enjoy the views. I have stayed here a few times previously. There also needs to be a way to control the pigeons who, understandably, like to wander in and out. You don't want the birds getting to the buffet items before you do! A sign to advise guests to close the terrace door would be a good start.

We arrived in Menton with lots of issues with the flights, missing baggage, apartment host not responding to accommodate us, so we were lucky to have found this hotel for us all (2 adults and 2 kids) at the heart of Menton. Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and convenient stores are just around the corner. The staff at the reception were really attentive, friendly and very helpful. We were allowed to check in a few hours early and helped with lots of our issues. Really appreciate their patience and support.

Good central location, lovely staff, and nobody knocking on the door to clean my room before noon!

There is a lovely bar on the top floor. But… it closes on the dot of 11pm despite the fact there are still customers who would like to stay longer… I actually saw one gentleman refused a drink at 11pm because the bar server wanted to go home…a coach full of guests arrived late one evening and were refused a drink. Not good customer service.

good breakfast Good location , 10 minutes walk to the train station 2 minutes to the sea and a few minutes to the clean room easy check in check out An ideal choice for one night , and a choice in winter ,when the prices goes below the average. has a parking which is 17 euros in offseason and 25 during summertime ( which is ridiculous)

soundproof is equal to zero ,both from outside and inside. You can hear others from other rooms , and if you are unlucky like me and you get a room which is oriented to the main street, you'll hear starting from 5 a.m all the cars, scooters, trash cars and so on , making your sleep impossible The fact that we got a room that was originally an apartment because there was a locked door in the room which communicated with another locked door evidently from another room . That amplified the noise from our neighbors Not so much of a choice when it comes to breakfast

Rooms are a good size and fresh and clean. The beds are huge. All staff were friendly and attentive. It's a great location to explore the area with great access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a lovely range of options.

Information on how to operate the air conditioning/heater would have been helpful. The roof top bar is lovely but i would prefer being able to use stairs to access rather than the lift. The waste collection is in the early hours of the morning which cannot be helped by the hotel but it does make the rooms aling the front a bit noisy.

Great location with convenient and secure underground parking and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located close to the Palais d'Europe, which was where the Fete de Citron was being hosted, so this was very convenient for us. It is also about a 10min walk to the old town and port, which is beautiful. The hotel is dog friendly, but dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, but you can order breakfast to your room (the selection via menu is smaller than the breakfast buffet). We had a room facing opposite of the street, with a balcony, which was very quiet and offered plenty of space for us and our dog. The hotel also provided a dog bed and a bowl for our dog, which was very nice.

As said, if you bring a dog, you cannot enter the breakfast room and will need to order food to your room. The menu is much smaller than the actual breakfast spread in the breakfast room, so it seems like you'll be paying more than what you actually get.

Very good location, accessible by car. Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly. Excellent value for money. The room was on the 5th floor with a balcony, which was appreciated. Possibility to book a bottle of sparkling wine and cake prior to the arrival, which is a little plus.

Our room was on the side of the street, which can be quite noisy at night between the garbage men, the party goers, and the traffic. The ramp to the garage is narrow and steep but the parking spots are large enough.
