Breakfast is very good, reception friendly and co-operative.

Some personel was a bit in a hurry just before breakfast time ended and that made you feel not so welcome. Its not a huge point but I noticed that.

Our queen room was and spacious with a comfy bed, and everything we needed. At the reception we met Mike who was very welcoming, helpful and professional during our whole stay, and helped us with storing our luggage. We also got beach towels when requested which came very handy. Breakfast was great with many options (salty and sweet). Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, in the heart or Menton old town.

Nothing to note here as it was great value for our money.

Lack of elevator to -2. If you park to -2 if you have to take the stairs to -1 and then there is a elevator Tiny room but it's understandable for menton . Larger rooms are too expensive A little bit cold in the room during the night. It would have been nice to have a radiator or smth.

location was great, close to train station(about 10 minutes walk), close to beach, close to old Market. lots of nearby restaurants. has a mini fridge. comfortable beds. wifi present but lots of disconnects bathroom good. pillows good noise was not too bad. staff nice

lots of confusion about booking.com pricing here. we thought we had booked for a considerably lower price. it was embarrassing to have this discussion. we relented, but were not happy campers about this considering we book so many stays with booking.com anyway, one bad experience, but one just can't let it ruin your day.

The staff is always great. The rooms are clean and the beds are ok. The small table on the balcony is very useful and of the right size for an evening apero accompanied by finger food. Best of all, the air conditioning can be set and the remote control is fully functional.

The hotel made progress over the last few years. While the bathrooms are renovated, I think it is time to renovate the windows and the doors. It can be noisy during "Fete de la Musique" or with the motorbikes passing late in the evening. However, replacing the windows with modern ones will take care of that. The breakfast could be improved - as it gets a bit repetitive if one stays there for 8-10 days; more pastry, a larger variety of cheese, etc.

Had some difficulty finding the hotel. Part my fault but hotel address not shown on the booking acknowledgement and the position on google maps was not correct. Well positioned for town and beaches.

There may be two Mediterranean hotels in Menton. People we asked seemed confused.

Very central location in the heart of Menton. Fairly close to just about everything. Staff were friendly, and the room was as advertised. The breakfast was brought to our room at no extra charge and was freshly prepared.

The accessibility by car is not the easiest when roads are closed. We drove a large SUV and as with most places in Menton, the underground parking was very tight.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach and the train station. We stayed in the privilege room, it was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but nothing special (e.g. no fresh orange juice). Rooftop restaurant/bar has a beautiful view on Menton.

When we checked in, the toilet was not exactly clean. We had to ask twice to fix the issue. It was fixed after that, and we got a voucher for a free drink at the rooftop bar.

Really good location in Menton town centre close to shops/restaurants and transport. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice from the buffet and unlimited tea/coffee. The rooms were comfortable, airy and spacious but best of all were the staff especially Sandra on reception who assisted us with recommendations and bookings for restaurants including a taxi to a village for lunch the moment we arrived and checked they were still serving ahead of booking for us.She was really helpful as were all the staff we came into contact with.We went for the tennis at Monaco and will return next year for sure.

Shower over bath quite a tight fit and a little slippery.
