The breakfast was good with an adequate selection of items. They remembered I had requested gluten free items ahead of time. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to be able to dine in the restaurant in the hotel if needed.

The problem for me was the tub/shower. The tub wall level was very high to get into (I am 76 with hip issues) and the shower head could only be attached to half level--in other words you could not stand and shower or you had to hold the wand and the tub was slippery. Walk in showers are much safer.

Evening meal was delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean room.

With a few additions to detail this could become a lovely boutique hotel. Just at this minute it looks like some of these details have been overlooked.

The property was clean and well appointed. The restaurant on site was good and food very enjoyable. Breakfast was really good and all the facilities nicely presented. Pool area clean and a refreshing pool - a little shaded for choice but good in the heat.

The location, a super extra large comfortable bed in the superior room. Close to the town centre and Abbey. Super restaurant and buffet breakfast.

No fish available on the menu the day we stayed. Seafood offer was prawns or clams.

This is such a lovely hotel, situated close to the river and the canal so perfect for evening strolls. The rooms are spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. There is a secure private car park and a delightful swimming pool. Breakfast is a treat with cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts and artisan breads. Well worth the €12 per head. And to top it all, the hotel is dog-friendly. Moissac is a lovely little town to explore with an ancient abbey and its famed cloisters. There are craft workshops scattered throughout the town, and a lively Sunday market.

We loved it!

Breakfast was very good. Location a little walk from the centre but nothing too difficult. We ate in the on-site restaurant, outside near the pool and the area had outside air conditioning, which helped as it was a warm evening. The food was excellent. The proprietor couldn’t do enough to help.

Room was very comfortable bright and clean. Air con much appreciated. Nice outdoor seating area in the garden. Kettle in the room Bath robes were a.bit of luxury to relax in after showering as we had driven quite a long way. The choice of breads and pastries along with nice coffee to serve yourself at breakfast time.

Their were major road works in the properties street and surrounding area making it difficult to get to. The hotel did send a message to let us know about that but perhaps some directions could have been added.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel. The hotel was spotless, Madame extremely charming and welcoming, we had a really comfortable room with soundproofing. It has been renovated to the highest standard. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the free private parking is always a plus in a busy town. The main centre is only 5 minutes walk away, and it’s a very short walk to both the river Tarn and the canal. It is on a relatively busy street, so a room facing the garden at the back was definitely a good choice.

Nothing, it was perfect

Clean smart bedroom. We were concerned when we saw how busy the road was that the bedroom faced the street but the double glazing worked well there was no noise from the road. Excellent location close to the cycle path but easy to walk into the town centre.
