The location was fine for the entertainment complex… just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and entertainment for the grandkids. Good bus service from the train station. The pool was clean and child friendly. The staff were super helpful especially Arezki who helped with a few minor issues but that was mostly to do with us being unable to speak French. He was brilliant, such an asset to the hotel. Well done Arezki. You’re a star.

The hotel is a little dated to be honest. Minor things that didn’t bother us too much but I’m sure would be a little bit of a moan to younger people. For example the vending machine only took cash maybe a card machine would be better. That’s my only comment so obviously things aren’t that bad!

Amazing and friendly staff. confortable bedding even though the rooms are on the small side. Nice breakfast (but scrambled eggs would have been nice), pool is nice but a bit small as the hotel was completely full and there were lots of people. Good location as the tram to take you to Montpellier is just a 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel. We unfortunately booked our trip last l’inusitée the rooms were expensive but the hotel is really worth it if you book in advance. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we go to Montpellier.

The reception staff are very welcoming and knowledgable. The pool and outside area are lovely.

The bedlinen/duvet was uncomfortable, the duvet cover was creased and the duvet lumpy. The bed itself was fine. We used the stairs and although there was a yellow safety line on each stair, the bottom step on each flight did not have a yellow line, it therefore didn't look like a step, so could easily be dangerous to the unsuspecting!

We stayed in this hotel for one night during our way to holidays. Everything was fine. The room was good, beds were comfortable. The reception was 24 hours and personnel was very helpful. I lost my bag in the hotel and when I asked about my loss, they found it and proposed several options how I may collect it. Thanks for that!!!

great location near the aquarium with private parking. one of the staff members went to get soy milk in the morning just for our breakfast!!

the shower drain was clogged and changing the date of our stay on booking.com was more complicated than could have been reasonably expected.

Convenient location for car travellers going to/from holidays. Secure car parking, so luggage can stay in the boot overnight. Friendly staff on the Reception. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

The choice for breakfast could be slightly wider with some hot meals for those going for a long drive after breakfast.

we stayed at this hotel after a flight cancellation and the staff could not have been more helpful. they gave us breakfast, looked after our bags and let us use the pool. they were friendly, really helpful and we really liked the hotel. it had a great breakfast, a good room, a useful lobby with charging facilities and we had a great nights sleep in the comfy beds.

only thing was the water in the shower was a bit hit and Miss in the morning (although we had lovely showers the night before).

We were staying here second time, and in both we were treated very warm and friendly! We loved family rooms with a table, suitable for the family. Location is very convenient if you need to make a stop on the way, very close to highway.

The hotel was ideally situated for the railway station, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast. I liked the little garden and the pool too.

I find it hard to criticise any aspect of my stay.

You get what it says on the tin perfect for a night or 2, clean, comfy bed, great staff , very good breakfast. The hotel is situated very close to a lot of restaurants at the back of McDonald’s & a cinema.

Can’t think of a lot that I didn’t like .in fact I liked everything.
