Nice hotel in good location, helpful staff - always ready to support Good parking lot Nice breakfast (Except cappuccino from coffee machine- it is really bad)

- Hotel needs renovation, rooms are "tired" and AC control is not stable - No Electric plugs close to bed (front desk provides cable expender) - Standard room size differs because of building form. For same price you can get rooms which differ for like 2-3 square meter which is not the best experience (Front desk replaced the room for me with no problem - thanks for that)

We booked a privilege room which was a corner room and was excellent. The air conditioning worked well, and bed was very comfortable. We were on the very outskirts of the city centre but close to a river which we enjoyed that evening as well as having tapas and crepes all by the river, so lovely. We had a wonderful breakfast the next morning at the hotel which had the tastiest brioche i have ever had. Scrambled eggs were delicious. Our last experience in a mercure hotel was not a good one but this made up for it big time. The staff at the reception were so lovely and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the airport shuttle bus stop. The sound isolation of the building removes traffic noise effectively. The wifi speed surprised me positively.

The antenna signal of the television was sometimes so weak that it resulted in a jerky image when the camera view changed. The price of the breakfast is relatively high.

Perfect placement for our needs, easy to use tram right in front of the hotel. Easy parking. Breakfast is quite nice, and the staff was super.

Mix up over "half board" which I didn't mean to book. The front desk insisted that it could not be reimbursed, then we discovered that the dining room didn't serve anything but snacks on the weekend nights! They made it right ultimately, and I think it was just miscommunication between the desk and the restaurant. The breakfast was quite nice.

We thought the receptionists were friendly, helpful, efficent and spoke excellent English, when our French was inadequate. Nothing was too much trouble. Arranged travel to airport on our behalf. Bar staff were excellent. Good recommendations made for where to eat locally. Breakfast staff were cheerful. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was very well set out. Very comfortable breakfast room.

Staff were fabulous. Warm welcome, couldn’t do enough. They get a 10/10 Room was clean and comfortable….but the whole hotel was just a little tired. Dynamic management team are apparently new so watch this space.

Super comfortable bed! has a great sleep. Location was convenient for us. Easy access to the parking. nice staff.

breakfast was a bit average. mini bar in the room is not cold, I brought baby food with me and couldn’t keep it cold, food was still ok though.

We had a short stay but it was a really nice stay, the room was clean, the bed really confortable and the staff was nice 🙂 It is also close to a tram station, so you can easily get anywhere and 20 mins walking to the city center I would pick it again for sure!

Good location, close to tram stop, and close to city center. Bed is comfortable, good mattress. Clean room.

Old equipment (hair dryer, kettle). No outlets next to the bed. Bad flush in the toilet.

Room was perfect as expected. Breakfast was easy and very good staff were excellent. Great night sleep. Spent some time in bar before going out staff were exceptional. Would recommend and would stay again.
