Clean, comfy, GREAT staff, decent continental breakfast, small room but everything was there we needed for a short stay. Location for Stadium was brilliant but without it being run down or anything. Best described as cheap and cheerful rather than cheap and nasty. Being close to stadium and cheap I was expecting all manner of horrors inside but actually clean comfortable compact economical room for a few days. Hardly in room other than to sleep and wash so no pictures. Also worth saying staff were so helpful and accommodating and wouldn't take tips from us. We arrived half 9pm give or take, kitchen shut but still managed to find us a snack.

The tapas restaurant next door, give it a miss but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel itself I couldn't fault it.

Staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean overall. We were provided with boxed water in our room which was a lovely touch. The location is a bit far from Nice city centre but it's also very very close (approx 1 minute walk) to the terminus station of tram L3, Saint Isidore so that is very convenient. Very close to the Allianz Riviera stadium too.

The air con is quite weak, which made it quite hard to sleep in the summer heat at first, but we got used to it by the end of our stay. The view from our room wasn't the best. It takes around 45/50 minutes by tram to get to the city centre, with a change of lines.

Everything is super clean. Very nice are the firm pillows, the good mattresses, the warm blankets, the nice soft bed linen, and the soft towels. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and there are a couple of nice little places to eat nearby. You are right on all major trunk and local roads and there is a good tram connection. We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

The rooms could be a bit bigger, but in return, the beds are nice and big.

The hotel is ideal for traveling with a car to the french riviera. Free private parking. Very good breakfast and nice clean rooms with a coffee machine incide. It was the best choice for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty small but it wasn’t actually that bad, we had plenty of space to move. The bathroom was a little small but still very good and i liked the shower ! Staff was really nice and helped us with directions to Nice and other destinations. Very helpful

Cheap and location right next to tram stop. Comfy bed, clean and air con in room. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay on the outskirts of nice.

Very small room, always had to ask for coffee machine pods. One day we had no towels.

The staff was excellent. My room was clean. The location is good if you need to commute by tramway to the centre of Nice. There is an organic (bio) supermarket (when exiting hotel, turn left and walk straight for a couple of minutes) nearby. I have been to Nice before but I didn't see the Nice-Stade area. I was glad to discover the Nice-Stade area...the shops (including a big organic supermarket) at Nice Valley behind IKEA are nice.

Staff were super helpful and friendly! The location was perfect for the rugby World Cup and the parking was handy.

The bathroom was a bit small/dated.

We loved the complementary tea, coffee and water area. The room was clean and fit for purpose. Free parking was good. Close to local amenities.

Possibility of restaurant room service.

Nice location next to tram station. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Room size is small, okay for business trips but very tight for family vacations with large suitcases
