This is a very beautiful and well cared for villa in a very quiet area on a hillside but not far from the foot of the mountain, about a ten minutes walk to the beach. The villa like a beautiful and peaceful garden, we were woken up in the morning by the birds chirping! Cristina was very kind and welcoming, prepared a map to show us interesting places in nice town and a few places to visit in the neighborhood, and also prepared a metro card for us. She also gave us a great breakfast every day, and we had very pleasant conversations. We received very good and helpful travel advice and had a very nice vacation. We are very grateful!

We received a very warm welcome from Cristina and our stay was made very comfortable. We were given lots of useful information about the city of Nice and where to visit on our stay. A very filling continental breakfast set us on our way each morning.

Villa Bellabé is a great property with lots of space. The location is a little out of town from central Nice but a short walk (10mins) will take you to the Tram where you can easily access transport to the centre within 15 minutes.

Villa Bellabe is a huge secret of Nice . Host Christina is truly wonderful . She welcomed you with smile drink conversation in her pretty garden . Full of local knowledge and ideas of where to visit and public transport ways of getting there. Breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to Villa Bellabe. Nothing all lovely

Cristina is the sweetest hostess ever. She gave us very valuable information about what to visit, transport options, beach recommendations and restaurants. We had a very short stay and Cristina helped us build a super pleasant schedule. She even made sure to adapt the breakfast to my lactose intolerance. The room was very cosy, clean, and fresh in such a hot weather. There was everything we needed, including a mini fridge. If you are travelling by car, there are good parking options in the street or at the property. If you don't have a car, you may have to walk a bit or rely on transports.

The only bad part is that the holidays are over and we couldn't stay more. 😁 But we will definitely come back to Villa Bellabé next time.

The area and property are beautiful. I felt comfortable and safe the moment I arrived. Cristina was very helpful and and a joy to talk to, she recommended things to do in town and when I mentioned the places I was planning to visit she gave me more suggestions catered to my interests. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Staying at Villa Bellabé was a highlight of my trip and I will book a room here when I return to Nice.

Villa Bellabé is located in the hills of Nice and a really quiet relaxing place to hang out. Cristina is the best host we ever had and always caring about everything. You can clearly see, that she loves what she does. The breakfast included is very good, Cristina even recognized what you like and adjusts the breakfast slightly every day. Having this breakfast directly on the beautiful terrace in front of our room was the best start into the day one could wish for. The rooms are always clean and nicely renovated and Cristina ensured that we always had everything we needed. Cristina makes this place really special and was like a vacation mum for us. We are glad that we now can call her a friend and we will definitely come back again. Even if it‘s just for saying „Hi“ to Cristina. :)

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Cristina, our host, was so nice and generous. She did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was so beautiful and we had a great stay. She even let us come back in the afternoon after our check-out so we could rest and take a shower before our flight back home to Iceland. We highly recommend Villa Bellabé
