Ceiling was high which ia very refreshing Internet was very fast Room and bath was super clean. Breakfast and dinner available Location was very central. Many attractions are just few minutes walk away. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. We were 4 and in the rooms 107 and 108. I liked the door connecting the rooms inside. Isolation of window was very strong so we did not hear nothing from outside although it is quite energetic place. Accepting dogs.🐶 Breakfast was good, especially liked the brewed tea (Brand Kusmi which I saw the shop in the city too)

Car park slots are little small to make move but ok. TV is very big and nice but only French cable channels. I was expecting Netflix and YouTube too from such a smart TV. We could only connected to our phones for playing music not screen sharing.

Great location, close to the train station and main sightseeing locations. The hotel team is very helpful and friendly, they helped with daily questions and some adjustments that needed during my stay.

It was not very clear how one can get into the garage parking. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and uneasy to get inside, as you need to walk around the door to get in and to be able to close it. The breakfast choices had a lot of sweet and meat options, so some cheese and other savory options can be beneficial in the future.

The staff are so respectful, joyful and welcoming The heated piscine and sauna area are amazing, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of varieties. The room are relatively big and very clean and tiddy The old city view from room windows is amazing

I don't know why it became common in several hotels not to found disposable slippers in the rooms

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Underground parking is a bonus. Great location in the centre of Orleans.

Paper cups in the room. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very poor.

The receptionist was excellent. My only criticism is the car park. It is difficult to enter due to the very large tram pole near the entrance

It was a real disappointment that the swimming pool was out of order as I purposely selected this hotel because of the swimming pool and only told upon arrival that it wasn’t accessible :(

How to get into the parking was a little confusing, due to tram lines and having to get off the road onto what appeared to be a footpath.

A very clean modern hotel in a good location with small walk to town. Nice restaurant next door. Parking underneath. Staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful.

Brand new hotel at a good location. We loved the breakfast with many choices. You can walk into the city by just getting out of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
