The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel so quiet. Good choice at breakfast coffee was good. Staff on reception were pleasant and helpful.

I'm not a fan of open plan bathrooms!!!!! Seems to be the way hotels who are re-furbing are going. We ate in the residents dinning room so food had to be brought from downstairs luke warm food served on cold plates did not make for a pleasant dinning experience. The food at best was barely warm but that seems to be a trait of French restaurants it spoiled was could have been a much better meal.

Perfect location overlooking the port and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. We booked the contemporary comfort rooms and our friends were upgraded to the superior room adjoining ours (21) which was excellent. The buffet breakfast was good, everything lovely and fresh. We ate in one of their restaurants, lovely meal, they even placed a candle on my fiends dessert as it was her birthday. All the staff in both hotel, restaurant and bar were helpful and friendly.

Although there is parking directly opposite the hotel, you need a blue disc and keep changing every hour 09-19hrs. We managed to buy one in the tabac close by. Would be good if the hotel supplied these or had some kind of agreement with the authorities for longer parking times. Not too bad in November but must be different to park in high season.

It's very difficult to fault this hotel. The staff are welcoming and professional, rooms are spacious and comfortable and well appointed. It's very comfortable and relaxing which was exactly what we needed.

The only minus was the lack of a hotel bar to chill out in but that seems to be the way things are done in France so this really is nitpicking.

Great large room (superior family room, 1 double, 1 single bed) with balcony overlooking the port. Comfy beds, nice linen, nespresso, tv and reclining chair…Beautifully decorated, quiet when windows closed. Bathroom nice but poor shower and wc a bit tatty. Otherwise 10/10 and highly recommended. Very helpful staff and very pleasant and friendly. Location brilliant and lots of bars, shops, restaurants etc very close.

Bathroom was clean but a bit tired. No parking (but free parking opposite for 1 hour then longer term free parking 5 mins walk away)

The location on the harbor is perfect. We stayed in two different rooms, we liked it some much we decided to stay another night. The first night was superior room w balcony overlooking the harbor, a big beautiful room with fun wall paper, it just felt great. The second night a contemporary double which was so comfortable with large bath tub, we loved them both. A bit noisy the second night with partying on the stone street below, but overall a great stay.

Character and furnishings were lovely in the public areas and the staff were helpful and friendly. Nice view from the window.

The room was a little small for two, easy to hit your head on the admittedly lovely arched ceiling ... the worst part was having to move the bedside table to get at the wardrobe! It would work far better as a single room.

This trip was a mix of enjoyment with family and work. For this reason some of days I needed to leave the hotel very early in the morning before breakfast but the personnel had prepared me a "doggy bag" so that I could have something before going to work. Personnel is very kind and always happy to help and solve your "problems". I am repeating the experience every 15 days and I am happy with it. All in this hotel is perfect!!!!

There is nothing to mention

Lovely large old fashioned rooms with amazing decor and harbour views. Very nice breakfast

Wooden floors in the rooms meant that you could hear people walking around quite loudly. Small breakfast room which allowed large dogs in. Unpleasant particularly if you are afraid of dogs and don't believe its hygienic either.

Nice little hotel in a lovely small town. At the harbour, next to the city center with many shops and restaurants - the Crêperie Les Alizés was awesome!

The bathtub under a sloping roof in our room wasn’t the most ergonomic

Character room. Great view from Captain's Room. Useful lift to the top! They provided secure storage for the bikes, which is handy for cycle-tourists. Excellent breakfast with cooked options too.

The roof blinds ideally need a light-proof lining. The single bed is comfy but fairly small - ok for small adult or teenager. Double bed is large though.
