The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Just like what we see in the photos. Good price quality.

One of the rooms was small and they did not inform that it had two single beds instead of a double bed. the kitchen could have a toaster and be more careful with unclean dishes. and the refrigerator had a problem, the door didn't close properly, and it didn't stay cold

Could use longer table or luggage racks, had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor. a long handle broom or mop to clean the floor would be helpful due to limited room cleaning, which we were fine with.

We absolutely loved the location of this aparthotel. It was just a few mins from Botzaris metro stop from which it was relatively easy to reach central Paris. I had no idea what to expect of the area but it was perfect for our little family. There is a wonderful park just on the doorstep (Parc des Buttes Chaumont) which was great for kids and there were so many local people keeping fit there. Everything you need is nearby: a fairly big and well stocked Auchan supermarket; a few restaurants (we particularly loved the pizza from Les Comediens!) and bakery. Loved staying in this kind of accommodation with a kitchenette too where we could sort our own breakfasts and snacks and have a separate bedroom - so much better than staying in a hotel! The staff were all super friendly too and welcoming. We would happily return here.

If I had to be picky, the cleaning could have been a little bit better... We found quite a bit of dust in the room but really it was nothing major so didn't spoil our stay. It was also quite hot at night as the bed covers were quite thick. You do have to be careful walking around the local streets for dog excrement... but I think that's all big cities!

The property was very clean and safe because it required the room’s card to enter in the building and also to use the elevator. Neat the reception area it was a cozy space which was absolutely lovely. Also, there was a beautiful cat just enjoying the coziness so it makes it even more enjoyable, it was the principal element that we loved. It is also perfect for a girls trip as the area is very safe, we walked at night and didn’t have any incidents. There is a market nearby and there are, also, a lot of metro station and bus ones nearby.

Even if the are was safe, it was pretty far from the centre, but it’s a quick ride with the metro or with the bus (you get to see more of this beautiful city this way so I totally recommend it in the morning or evening because at noon it might be too busy).

Location was lovely, the near by parc was beautiful, it was quiet but with a nice social atmosphere . The hotel was easy to get to via metro from central locations. There was a shop close by , which was great, as we were self catering. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Could have done with more written /verbal information about, breakfast times and prices, where it was available. What to do at end of stay, where to put the rubbish out etc. But, on the whole it was great.

Perfect location for exploring Paris and visiting Disneyland. The apartment had everything you could want. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We had a beautiful view of trees, rooftops and the beautiful church steeples. Some great restaurants around (L'escargot bar) and a great supermarket nearby. And do visit the boulangerie next to Botzaris train station. A beautiful quiet neighbourhood where we felt safe. I would love to return.

First time staying in this part of Paris. It feels much safer than the north section. Closer to a nice big park, metro stations, and plenty of supermarkets and cafes. Also lots of interesting shops around, which we didn't get time to explore. Got an upgrade to a bigger room. I'm not sure why, but it was welcomed.

We requested a cot, which was great. But, I would have liked to have had it in the second bedroom and not the living area. Unfortunately, the doorway was too narrow to move it. Decor could do with a bit of modernisation.

Nice clean room with all the facilities for our 3-person family, including a nice kitchenette and balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location close to two Subway stops put all of Paris within our reach. This, combined with a secure parking garage, made it a great place to stay.

Really nothing bad to say. You could argue that it's not smack dab in the center, but thanks to the nearby subway stations, all Paris attractions were never more than a short ride away. The area itself also has great restaurants and boulangeries, btw.

A great solution for parking a car at the last or first day of your car trip. Very close to metro line Bozaris which through the green line and pink line and another green line brings you to Trocadero right in front of EIffel tour. We got a lovely apt at 7th floor with a balcony, a parking place until 1600 to travel the city. The bed was comfortable and even a small kitchen to warm up some food. The neighbourhood was good and quiet indeed in comparison to other areas and we enjoyed the stay. The workers did their best to help us into the parking when we came late at 2300 or so. That was needed and helpful

First, it is close to Metro but it takes at rush hours 3/4 to an hour to get back to the place. So if you want a lot of inner city visits maybe a closer place can help. Secondly indeed the night shift- sometimes the guard of reception is away and there’s waiting time. Also finding way out of the parking floor was a bit challenging.

The neighborhood is fantastic with the beautiful Parc Buttes-Chaumont on one side and the lively Rue de Belleville on the other, which is as Parisian as it gets - it‘s lined with small specialty shops and cafés / restaurants; There are a whole number of good food / coffee options in the area (try Mardi for coffee and Soces for sea food). Not very touristy either. We had a room towards a very quiet courtyard, and on the other side it had a quiet pedestrian street as well (it‘s facing a school though). Nice view over the city towards Eiffel tower from nearby Parc de Belleville. City center and Gare du nord/est are easily reachable by Métro. Could imagine living in this area. Staff was very nice. Rooms have recently seen a layer of paint and other renovations. Groceries / good bakeries are around the corner.

It certainly doesn’t feel luxurious. The apartment was on the smaller side, the bed room not much larger than the bed, and they couldn‘t give us the twin room as requested (they said upfront there would be no guarantee, but still - they should make it possible with suitable beds). For two people it should be comfortable, for 3 it felt a bit crammed. Kitchenette could use some utensils.
