The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Just like what we see in the photos. Good price quality.

One of the rooms was small and they did not inform that it had two single beds instead of a double bed. the kitchen could have a toaster and be more careful with unclean dishes. and the refrigerator had a problem, the door didn't close properly, and it didn't stay cold

Reception staff were lovely, friendly, helpful. They gave us directions to local spotsw. The hotel is in a residential area so it's peaceful with a lot of cheap local supermakerts and bakeries just a few metres down the road, its 300m from Botzaris and 500m Jourdain station which is very easy to get to.

Please do not book the breakfast option, there was only cereal, crossaints and you had to boil your own eggs. The food was always too little, they always ran out and even the French guests were fighting about the unsatisfactory breakfast. There are local bakeries and supermarkets down the road, which is a better option for breakfast.

Exceptional staff, nothing was too much trouble, and I asked loads of questions!!! The unit was so big, we could not believe we had so much room right in Paris. The downstairs area was amazing and because we had an 18 year old, she could go down there to have some time in their lounge. It also had a library you could borrow from, so we borrowed a toaster and a coffee machine. The neighbourhood though is the main star of this accomodation. Families everywhere and the quiet comings and goings of everyday Parisian life on your doorstep. Loved it.

Washing machine and dryer a bit expensive to use but it was great to have them!

very clean, good location, staff very helpful

Could use longer table or luggage racks, had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor. a long handle broom or mop to clean the floor would be helpful due to limited room cleaning, which we were fine with.

clean and friendly. someone was there to greet us at nearly midnight which made it all feel safe and comfortable. we were invited to their family evening also but we were heading out. location was great and so close to metros and a shop at the end of the street and restaurants close by. we forgot shower gel, but there was some there with soap also. i was very warm. could not fault it - will go back again. lovely place. in a residential area too so very quiet and close to a park and many dogs outside for the petting!

a couple of hairs on the shower and linen but assume it was just missed. not an issue tbh.

I think this is an excellent place to stay for people who like to get to know not only the most touristy places in Paris, but also the everyday life of the city. Very attentive staff, comfortable apartment, supermarket and restaurants nearby of great quality. I hope to return soon!

The staff were warm and welcoming and the location is perfectly appointed within a quiet district. There is a very good supermarket, Auchan, really close by and there are plenty of nice specialist shops and the beautiful Buttes au Chaumont park in close proximity. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there were well designed storage units throughout. We had the pleasure to stay at the top floor where we had access to two terraces from our flat with beautiful views over the rooftops of Buttes au Chaumont/Belville. We would be happy to return here on our next trip to Paris!

The temperature in the room was bit hot at times, but with that said, there was a fan provided and due to the balcony access in two opposite directions it was possible to cross ventilate the room which cooled down the room quite efficiently. There seemed to be a small ant infestation.

We absolutely loved the location of this aparthotel. It was just a few mins from Botzaris metro stop from which it was relatively easy to reach central Paris. I had no idea what to expect of the area but it was perfect for our little family. There is a wonderful park just on the doorstep (Parc des Buttes Chaumont) which was great for kids and there were so many local people keeping fit there. Everything you need is nearby: a fairly big and well stocked Auchan supermarket; a few restaurants (we particularly loved the pizza from Les Comediens!) and bakery. Loved staying in this kind of accommodation with a kitchenette too where we could sort our own breakfasts and snacks and have a separate bedroom - so much better than staying in a hotel! The staff were all super friendly too and welcoming. We would happily return here.

If I had to be picky, the cleaning could have been a little bit better... We found quite a bit of dust in the room but really it was nothing major so didn't spoil our stay. It was also quite hot at night as the bed covers were quite thick. You do have to be careful walking around the local streets for dog excrement... but I think that's all big cities!

Nice apartment to stay in a quite Paris neighborhood. There is a park nearby and great bakery. You can also have a breakfast at the hotel, however the kitchen in the apartment allows you to cook. We had an apartment on the highest floor. The view was stunning.

since it was the first floor apartment the balcony was covered with birds poop. otherwise it's a nice space to hang out. Also, the apartment has no conditioner, though it was not insanely hot outside, though it took a while to get the apartment cooled down in the evening.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed for a family break. The staff were amazing. I had read the reviews beforehand and was not disappointed. The staff spoke English fluently and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We will definitely return and would recommend it also. The neighbourhood is lovely, a choice of good restaurants, supermarkets and delicious bakeries. It’s walking distance to a metro and very accessible.
