i would give 5star but something is missing —wine glasses!!!!

very clean, modern, minimal and bright. Surely would more comfortable for a couple than for 3 people. no air conditioning, yet fans in all rooms were provided and it was well appreciated. the sport’s bar right below can be noisy till late ( patrons tend to gather outside), but bearable since we were in town for leisure.

Sewage smell from bathroom ( possibly shower) so strong you could smell it even in rooms.

Really modern and clean. Self entry really easy to use and great response time from the help number.

Rooms are a bit smaller than they look.

The apartment was very nice, clean (except some dust on the sheets), it was well furnished and big enough for group of 3 people. We also appreciated the elevator.

The location itself was good and close to bus station and underground. The only problem was that the apartment is located over a bar which was very noisy every night. Also it was quite cold in the apartment (we were there in November). Despite this everything was fine.

The appartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. There was even an iron in the bedroom. The instructions to get in were clear and the receptionist(s) were reachable by phone when they were not at the reception. The metro stations were not far away and there is a big 24/24 shop nearby. The location exceeded the expectations, the street offered many options to get food and drinks and having a fun night out.

The appartment was located over a café and the music was playing very loudly until 6-7 in the morning. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) The heater didn‘t really work and a hairdryer would be nice :)

Even the room was small / looked spacious , It has everything you need , including small kitchenette for cook including all tools you may need . Many restaurants and bars around with decent prices and great food and drinks . There are also 2 supermarkets nearby . It is an old renovated building with classic Parisian style windows . The connection to the Paris main attractions is very good. You can reach the city by by bus or by metro. We used metro. 7 - 10 minutes walk to Jourdain Metro line. ( Number 11 , Brown Color) and from there can go every where ( Follow google maps instuctions) . We will come stay again definitely .

Nothing ! The only thing can be in consideration is that people with mobility issues should have to go by stairs on the 1st floor, because the elevator starts from 1st floor.

The location was excellent for local buses heading into the city and it was a 10 minute walk to the metro station, the nearest supermarket was literally a 3 minute walk up the hill which was excellent value for money. The apartment was excellent secure and it contained everything we needed to make meals for ourselves. Also the beds were very comfortable. The rain shower was awesome!!

The kitchen workspace was very small as was the bedroom area in general. Also an extra pillows would have been good but I packed my own. Also, the winding the staircases were awkward with suitcases. A cleaning service would have been appreciated as we stayed for a week and while we tried to keep the room as clean as possible, the towels and bedding definitely needed changing at least once during our stay.

The rooms are very clean, and restored very nicely, modern. Very nice place to stay. Very quiet. The pub next door, the people are very friendly and the pizza is very good. The security gentleman was very kind to hold my luggage due to the fact that we hadn't booked the last day. And of course they were booked on that last day so we ended up staying near the airport which was helpful. No one bothers you, and the walk to the subway is about 10 minutes, about 5 blocks. There is a wine cafe across the street, and a grocery store about 5 doors down from hotel. There is a phone store about 6 doors down the street. There is a cheese store down the street also. Paris was wonderful and safe, at subway at 11:30 pm and there are couples walking arm and arm, and families and people walking around like it is 1130 in the morning. I just loved PARIS, and this hotel.

I loved the security of the hotel, it made me feel very safe which is very important to me. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and spacious. It is located next a pizza place and a cafe on the corner and a small supermarket up the top. Very convenient to get an Uber or grab some food. There were no staff on site but very responsive to emails/ bookings chat if we needed anything which was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

There is no air conditioner, however you are given a fan. I get hot very easily and as we were in Paris at the time it was hot, we needed to rely on cold showers and cold wet towels and opening the window and having the fan on to help cool us down. Elevator is located on the first floor not ground, make sure you pack light or can get your suitcases up the first flight of the stairs.

About a 10 minute walk to metro lines 2 and 3. The room itself was tight but makes sense for Paris. Shower had great pressure. Great messaging with the property, they answered all my answers via WhatsApp before and during the stay. Super nice cleaning crew that let us leave our luggage in the room early. Great Value!

Wash cloths are not included! Reminder that the AC is a fan not built in unit. For people who get hot very easily this might not work. The kitchenette has lots of supplies, but might be difficult to cook because of the small space. A little difficult to do dishes and have them dry. The receptionist happen to be kind of rude to us when we asked for the Wifi to turn back on, but could be an isolated situation.
