Location is supreme. Everything is close by, restaurants, luxury shopping stores, and train stations that helped guide us through the city as we visited tourist areas. Our first time visiting Paris and Arc Elysees was the best choice for our stay. We were incredibly close to all the train stations in the area. A few minutes walking distance from restaurants, shopping stores, and of course the Arc de Triomphe! Our room was a great size, and very comfortable for our stay. The hotel managers and cleaning staff were super friendly and kind to us. A smile each day, day in and out. The rooms were soundproof as construction was being done a block away from our stay and we didn't hear a thing until we walked outside. The only downside to our stay was the double bed, which is no fault of the hotel or staff, it is common to use double beds in European hotels, and our bathroom had a lingering drain smell, which would come and go throughout our stay. Overall, an excellent stay that will definitely have us visiting again in the future for our next visit!

Double beds, beds were comfortable, however, we would've preferred a whole bed instead of two to make up for one. This is in no way management's fault as it is a common practice in European hotels and a lingering drain smell in our bathroom that would come and go.

Views were amazing! and the cabin was in excellent conditions very clean and comfortable - I loved all the amenities. Kitchen was excellent and love they left cleaning supplies for us. Also, the host is very friendly.

1. the location is not convenient if you don't have a car and are traveling by train and need to rely on public transportation you would have to walk uphill and/or take the Bus - note that Bus systems stops after 7pm and is not very frequent. There is no Uber service and Taxis are very expensive and not easy to obtain. 2. there is no AC and windows do not have screens, therefore we could not open the windows during the night as there were a lot of bugs coming from outside and the cabin gets pretty warm during the summer. 3. The property is not on the ground floor as indicated in the picture - the picture of the entrance of the property is misleading. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage down the long stairs which is considered the first floor.

Close to everything and some great little cafe's and restaurants in the same street. Can highly recommend the creperie for dessert! Helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Elevator so no stairs! Breakfast on site was excellent with lots of options, even for my coeliac!

Bath quite high and shower is over bath so was a bit difficult for the vertically challenged!

Very friendly staff at reception. The room was on the first floor in the back, with no view but very quiet. The location is exellent walking distance from Champs Elisées.

The room was rather small. It feels a bit outdated.

The room we stayed was quite spacious for a paris boutique hotel and they even included a kettle with drinks in our room. The location is also superb. Finally, the front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating to us.

Nothing really but if I had to pick was that the ac in room only goes down to 17c.

The location was excellent at close proximity to the Champs Elysees, Many modes of transport were also at hand. Andreea, the hotel keeper was exceptionally warm making sure all of our needs were met. Overall fantastique!

Location was excellent Pleasant breakfast selection However most of all, the amazing staff - excellent care, detail to attention; a special thanks to Mr Rasheed at reception, who went the extra mile to make our son’s 18th birthday extra special!

The staff was very friendly, competent and helpful. The Hotel kept what it promised according to the description, we were very satisfied. It was clean, the room was cleaned every day. Everything was right in terms of price. I would recommend the Hotel.
