The staff on arrival is always warm (this wasn’t my first time at the hotel and it won’t be my last). The rooms are really spacious and this is rare in Paris. The location is amazing, very close to the arc de triomph and Champs Elysees both easy walking distance and so are other Paris attractions. Or a short Uber if you don’t feel like walking.

The room walls are a bit thin and I ended up with rowdy neighbours on my last stay but it was sorted out quickly. The restaurant food isn’t the best so it’s better to go out. The fridge in my room wasn’t working and I had medicine which I needed to keep cold.

Great hotel situated in a great location just a 10-15 minute walk from Champs Elysees with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. short distance from train station for Eurostar travellers too.

first impressions were fantastic and Vincent greeted us upon arrival and was absolutely magnificent. Overall the staff were pleasant. On our first night there was a fire alarm at the hotel which was due to the staff burning a pizza at 11:30pm. I appreciate these things happen and it is no one’s fault, however I felt the situation was handled badly and staff in the ground floor bar area just stared at us and other guests when we walked into the lobby and stood outside to be told shortly after it was a false alarm. Overall there was no guidance on what to do or where to go at the time and for all we knew, our hotel was on fire. Other than this and feeling a bit uneasy about it all, the staff were lovely.

Some of the rooms were not up to standard and were in the middle of being refurbed causing dust which was a real shame. Some furniture items were stained and had scratches in them caused by other guests but do need replacing or attention. Heating panel didn’t work in some rooms so it was very warm and unable to be altered. Other rooms in our booking were lovely so it seems consistency is an issue and it would be great if they were all to this standard.

This is my second stay at Pley. The first time I stayed there, I was placed in a small room, which had very small windows looking straight to a wall! Given that prior experience, at check-in, I asked if my room was one of those smaller rooms facing a wall. It turned out that it was. The gentleman then spoke with his manager, who changed my room to a larger, high floor one....all of that I highly appreciated. The room was decent size (esp. in Paris standards), got decent light. Two complimentary bottles of water were replenished every day. The room had a nespresso coffee machine. With 4 capsules that came free. The safe in the room was modern and worked without problems. So was the little fridge. Being very close to our Paris office was also an advantage :)

I asked for an iron, which was promptly delivered to my room. Unfortunately, the base of the iron was dirty and ruined my shirt (maybe I should have checked the iron before putting it on the shirt, but I did not expect its base to be that dirty :/) There were teabags in the room but no kettle or any other way to produce hot water.

We were very well looked after from start to finish. Luca who checked us in, and Anouska who checked us out were both very friendly, personable and happy to help wherever they could. The hotel design is chic and fresh whilst still retaining the retro radio themed vibe in their branding. The room was big, spacious and we requested a higher floor so we’re delighted with a top floor room! Great easy to travel to location and an all round great experience for us.

Nothing to note, only disappointment was that the roof terrace was closed as we went in March so I assume it’s out of season.

I liked the size of our room the colors and the hotel theme, the welcoming and check in check out process, all staff in the hotel starting from reception walking by the bar and restaurant up to the rooftop.

The cleaning staff are not professional not very clean they don’t speak english or try to be friendly or nice and that is the case in all 4 stars paris hotels always look tired and upset like there are only few of them cleaning all rooms.

It started with front desk: Exceptionally friendly and quick service. Breakfast is absolutely worth having: variety of hot breakfast, fruits, juicers, all kinds of pastries and bread, and good coffee Room are very clean

In one of the rooms, 130, maybe the bed needs To be looked at.. I thought it was a little uncomfortable. That's my point, I like firm mattress.

Funky hotel really close to some of the main attractions. the staff were also lovely. the room was spacious compared to some in Paris!

The A/C didn’t work in our room but they fixed it for the second night. Breakfast finished at 1030 but by 1020, all the hot food was cold, however when I pointed it out the charge was refunded.

The staff was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is very good.

The bathroom was not clean enough. there were hairs in the tub. The plumbing of neither the tub, the sink, nor the toilet was working well. The sink was not draining the water completely. The toilet button was broken. The towels were old. The room walls were thin so the noise of the next room was always audible.

Me and my mother went for short trip to Paris,the hotel was perfect for us! The staff is extremely friendly,the room was quiet and good size,bed and pillows was super comfortable,breakfast is delicious with a lot of options,fitness center 24/h and enough for exercise,location is fantastic 8-10min walk from all the shop’s restaurants bars etc ,overall we was very happy with this choice.
