The room was clean, quiet and spacious (for Paris standards). The bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind. The location is perfect since there is a metro station in less than a minute walking.

The breakfast was a big minus and reading through past reviews it seems the management knows it and does nothing to change it. Besides the fact that it is the most basic breakfast I have ever seen there was almost none left (at 9.30 am) when at least 10 guests were there with nothing to eat and nowhere to sit.

*Water and tea must be available for customers at the relaxation area of the hamam. *It was expensive with breakfast included and free cancelation (but everything in Paris is expensive).

the breakfast! no friut. not vegetable but above all problems with the service! one day we came and all the tabkes were with all the dirty dishes and no place to sit so i need to approach the lady and asked her to take it. and also when food was finished no one take care to refill it again or it takes time till they did it. this is not kind of service for a 4 stars hotel! they said they had problems with stuff..so pls.. do not offer breakfast if this is the case

Superb hotel with very friendly staff and a spa on the bottom floor with free private use! The room was very large and with a great view, extremely clean and refreshed every day, also located right by a metro station and with shops, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately the shower leaked when the plug was in place and though we reported it, it wasn't fixed. The carpet smelled from the initial leak and the smell stayed our entire stay.

Lovely hotel, good location and can’t fault it.

Stayed for two nights - no hot water on our first day, queried with reception advised they were aware of it and it was being looked at. Unfortunately this ruined our day as we had to return that evening to shower, completely threw us off schedule for our 3-day trip. For the price of the stay, this wasn’t good service and wasn’t one bit impressed with it.

We had a very good experience with this Hotel. Our room are designed very uniquely, with a good Paris Vibes and Aura. Rooms are clean, with good AC heater, perfect lightings, windows are Paris vibes, and they have a unique shower lightings. Breakfast were amazing and staff are very friendly specially Claudia and Pham Phuong. I like the services they provided to us and will definitely go back in this place. safe and not crowded by tourists. Highly Recommended.

amazing, spacious room. Lovely, attentive staff. Room with bath tub as requested. the whole place beautifully designed and clean. perfect bedding. the room and pillows gave us an amazing night rest. we plan to to back for a longer stay in Bob Hotel as our expectations were exceeded. lovely place to rest and unwind after the day of sightseeing. amazing Parisian vibe:)

location may not be ideal for the first visit and seeing all the main attractions, however the metro station is just a moment away. we loved the quiet area near the hotel and there were shops, cafes and bakery nearby. no complaints from us!

The rooms were larger than expected, spacious and super comfortable. stylish decor, 24 hour front desk, a few minute from the metro and 15 mins total to montparnasse train station making it handy if arriving late at night. felt very luxuries, the small touches like rituals brand toiletries, the decor made it feel extremely nice. access to a steam room for 1 hour was free for guests if booked ahead- didn’t end up using but a nice extra. staff extremely kind.

nothing bad or negative to say ! - if you’re looking for a hotel with lots of things to do outside your room such as a bar and restaurant, I’d suggest this doesn’t have those things as it is a business and pleasure hotel - however they offer breakfast and have a nice seating area which was nice. but Paris has so much of this to offer we really weren’t wanting to spend an time in the hotel other than to get a good sleep.

Everything was great, the rooms were clean and cosy , the staff was friendly, very close to MRT, and loved the little outdoor area. Would definitely come back again! Also access to the sauna was great! It was great to have this place to come home to after a long tiring day in Paris!

It would be great if they could add a small fridge in the room. Also the towels provided could really be replaced, I got towels that looked old and actually had holes in it.. definitely didn’t match the quality of this lovely room. Hygiene is definitely important especially such a crucial time.

The hotel is located in an excellent location with lots of bars, bistros and shops in the area. The staff was very accommodating and the room fulfilled all expectations.

Room was perfect for one night, but I'd hesitate to stay there longer due to a very limited space. Bathroom door didn't close properly, which made it quite uncomfortable since it was right next to the bed.
