The staff is very friendly. The check-in went quickly, without any unnesecary questions, the guys at the reception were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, there was enough of everything, good coffee in the machine. The bed was really a double bed, and not single beds pushed together, as is often the case. The room has a nice design and fairly good soundproofing. Very good hairdryer.

To get to central places you need to walk 30-40 minutes or use the metro. The price per night is still too high, but unfortunately these are the prices in Paris now…

it’s fantastic and the staff are excellent and attentive. I like how informal and casual the staff and reception is when we check in and check out of the hotel. the reception area feels like you just walked into a Wework Coworking space and I see that some guests look a bit confused but I get it. the staff attended to us well at the beginning, checking in was a breeze, and they helped us out at the end too, storing our luggage on the last day after we checked out, and helped us book a car to the airport. very professional.

location is a bit out but Paris accommodations are expensive so this is really value for money. anyway the metro takes you to popular locations within 20 minutes. not a huge problem. breakfast can be quite crowded if you come after 9am. best to come down earlier to beat the crowd.

there are not enough facilities in the room (like a fridge or kettle or Slippers). parking fee (which is 25 euros) is too expensive.

The hotel is located near the city center. By taxi its 10-15 min, price abt 13-14 eur. Hotel is comfortable, clean, very good staff. Breakfasts can be ordered separately; a mini breakfast for 7 euros includes coffee, orange juice, and a croissant. A more expensive breakfast is available for about 14 euros and includes a wider selection. We did not take breakfast as there are several supermarkets near the hotel (Lidl. Carrefour). It is a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which is very convenient. We had a triple room, so it was a normal size. The bathroom has a hairdryer and soap.

There is no kettle in the room, and the glasses are only disposable. However, we asked at the bar and they gave us normal wine glasses.

The modern linked double rooms for a family and the rest areas were indeed very inviting and clean, making us feel right at home. The delicious breakfast offered a good range of foods to choose from, ensuring everyone in the family was satisfied. The hotel's proximity to metro stations was also a big plus for us.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel but feel that improvements could be made in terms of the bedding, specifically the thinly filled pillows, and soundproofing. We were disturbed by noise during the night and early morning due to the lack of soundproof windows. It was a minor issue compared to the overall professional hotel facilities for a family. The location was great. It was far enough you didn’t get in the middle of the tourist hoopla, close enough the metro could easily take you into city center. Breakfast was actually really good deal for the price and the staff was really friendly and helpful. My wife really enjoyed the free croissants available in the lobby at all times. Shower water pressure was amazing, so if that’s something that’s necessary it’s a thought.

I can’t think of anything but if I had to nitpick, plugs by the bed headboard were awkwardly place and we couldn’t fit a converter plug on it. We still had other plugs so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Location was lovely, convenient for Montparnasse station yet on a quiet side street. Ibis hotels can be relied on to provide a consistently high standard with comfortable beds, pleasantly decorated rooms and quality fixtures and fittings and this one didn't disappoint. We had a bonus balcony as we were on the fifth floor which was a lovely surprise. We didn't eat breakfast at this particular Ibis but have always found them to be good at other Ibis's that we have stayed at. There was also a bar and huge lounge area where guests could work quietly, meet friends or whatever.

The room had good lightening, clean and with comfortable design. We particularly liked the friendliness of the staff. The check in and check out were smooth. It takes 10 minutes to get to the train station (montparnesse 1-2 hall), which was not too difficult walk. There were another near station - which could be used as well. We took the train easily to reach around the city attractions, on the last day we visited Disneyland while leaving our luggage in the lobby after checking out. Thankful for the helpful staff.

The room had a slight smell of a humid, wet- it might have been because it was raining also during our stay. It was not too uncomfortable, but it was noticeable.

The hotel is located in a good area transport-wise, it's easy to get anywhere (metro 5-10 mins on foot). The check in process is smooth. The facilities are quite modern and clean. No noise heard from neighbors. Generally comfortable stay. The price is high but reasonable for what you get keeping in mind that it's Paris.

The breakfast does not have an extensive variety of choices - mainly just pastries/bread, jam, cereal, some fruit, cheese, eggs and ham and that's literally it. No vegetables. There's no kettle in the room which is unfortunate for this price. It would've been nice to be able to warm up with a cup of tea after a long and cold autumn day. (There's an option to buy tea at the bar near the reception though for 3.50 EUR, not ideal) The windows do not open so it was very hot in our room at night. The air con did not seem to work/help. On our second day the wifi broke and remained non-existent for the remaining 2 days of our stay, which was quite crucial for us since we did not have a lot of international mobile data. We were not informed of this issue by staff and had to ask ourselves.

All the staff honestly was the highlight of this hotel. I liked everything about this hotel. They made me feel like my own little Paris family away from home. No complaints at all.
