The garden view room was clean and quiet, there was obvious soundproofing, the breakfast was ok, neighborhood ok although we didn't stay out after 20:00. It is exactly as it advertises on the site, a hotel that meets the basics needs.

The room was very small and once you unfolded the sofabed there was no space left for the luggage. The left side elevator was malfunctioning constantly, which left only one working elevator for a hotel full of tourists with luggage.

The location is very vibrant. A lot happening from the early evening to the middle of the night. There is a wide selection of restaurants. Decent walking spaces. Parks nearby. Close to two metro lines and some supermarkets and convenience stores. Excellent connection to gare du nord i du l'est and louvre and city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty.

We stayed on the top floor and I must say that the air conditioning system available in the room was not sufficient to cool it down to desired comfort level. Luckily despite the water canal down at the base of hotel open balcony didn't result in plague of mosquitoes. As mentioned the breakfast was taste but always the same, which can annoy some people. The hotel shows some signs of use and minor renovations could be implemented.

We had not been informed that it was undergoing decoration / updating at the time so breakfast was in a conference room and lots of areas tapped up for painting and work men around - our room was upgraded though which was appreciated. Area felt a bit unsafe at night on walk back from metro as big groups of drunk homeless men congregate along the canal which you have to walk through if you get the metro home- they who approached us and our teenagers, one grabbing my 14yr old

Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of continental options. The tables were cleaned immediately and fresh food was brought in constantly until the closing time. Staff were helpful, friendly and worked very hard during breakfast service. The rooms were clean. For the last night, we got upgraded to a room with a beautiful canal view that was really spacious and had a balcony. There were some nice places to eat in the area, much cheaper than in central Paris.

Location is nice enough in itself (lovely walks by the canal and many places to eat), but it is quite far from the main tourist attractions. The room we stayed in initially was very small, with hardly any storage or floor space. No one replaced complimentary teas or coffees or cleaned tea cups. If we needed fresh towels, we had to fetch them from reception. But, overall, it was great value for money.

The location is fabulous, close to the metro and relatively easy to drive to and the hotel has a small parking garage. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped and the view of the river was fantastic. An added bonus was that it was quiet at night. Breakfast was included, there is a buffet with lots of choices that are constantly replenished. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we ever make it back to Paris.

Located in a great area in Paris. Below the hotel there is a restaurant and bar, as for the local area there's plenty of restaurants to choose from all with stunning views of the canal where you can enjoy the ambience and people watch! A short 5 minute walk takes you toward the Metro where an all day pass will cost you about 8 euro. Additionally, breakfast was a great amenity with an array of food to choose from, pleasing even the most fussy of eaters. Overall, staff were wonderful, room was well sized and beds were comfortable! 100% would recommend - AU REVOIR🇫🇷

Good location and beautiful area. Decent breakfast, clean rooms and facilities. Well informed staff. Quite easy to commute to the place, but make sure you are aware it is not the very city centred place. Opportunity to store the luggage both before check-in and after check-out!

On arrival, we were offered a twin room with a canal view and we appreciated the air conditioning. The range of items offered for breakfast was wide and kept us going all day until dinner. The hotel was easy to reach by Metro from the Gare du Nord and we never felt uncomfortable returning in the evening. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day and pick it up later, after final sightseeing.

We would have liked an extractor fan in the bathroom and the towels were rather tired.

Practical, clean, good breakfast, nice location, and ambiance by the canal.

They coud stop the nonsense and put some quality toilet paper. Recycled, beige, thin paper does not do when you pay almost 300 euro per night. As far as I know, all paper goods in the developed world are made from sustainable tree farming. When I saw the toilet paper rolls I had a backflash of another world and time, of penury and grayness, that ended up in revolution with the dictator summary tried and shot.

I loved the location of the hotel and will definitely choose the same hotel next time I'm in Paris. Being a runner, I appreciated the easy access to running paths right outside the hotel but also in a nearby park. The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Our room was perhaps a little dark as it faced the atrium in the centre of the building, but I can hardly complain as I requested a quiet room, and quiet it was.
