The staff was extraordinary! Everyone was friendly, extremely helpful, and always professional. The room, and indeed the entire facility, was spotless and tastefully maintained. The restaurant was first rate, featuring beautifully prepared and varied dishes including a superb wine and bar selection. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable, including air conditioning and a very cozy bed. All around within easy walking distance are numerous eateries, boutiques, and facilities to make your stay comfortable.

My only concern with my room (308) was the drainage of the bathroom sink and toilet, both of which were very slow.

The location and restaurant were a great plus. Most of the staff was friendly, but there were a couple of instances where no one was at the front desk.. Still the night staff gentlemen were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was amazing - the restaurant staff should be commented.

We were not informed if we qualified for breakfast or that there was a breakfast as part of our room fee. In fact we were informed by another guest, after we had checked out, that we should have been informed of such a treat to our stay. Slippers to walk around and an extra blanket would have been nice. The electricity went out on day two; the internet went down on day three; and there was NO English television channels to catch up on news - we were there during the riotsnandbitbwould have been good to be better informed.

The hotel staff was very nice. There is no "concierge" so to speak, but they helped me with most questions I had. The hotel location is great. Very lively on either end of the block. Many great restaurants and shops. Good walking area, and very central.

There was no hot water in the hotel for one day we were there. It wasn't awful. But the shower head in our room didn't function properly.

convenient location, close to metro stations, walking distance to Louvre! staff are very friendly and attentive. I like the hotel provided bottle water for the guests. I believe the tap water is not that good. They also provide umbrellas. has restaurant and bar on site and they are pretty good. loved showers!

the twin bed is narrow and I almost fell off the bed on the first night. but I got used to it. I make sure I sleep in my back instead of sleeping on the side.

The hotel was everything and more. In a perfect location for walking around and cafes and independent shops. The staff were always attentive and helpful and gave a very personal service. The evening meals were beautifully cooked and presented.

location is superb. couldn’t recommend it more in terms of convenience. we were right across the street from bike rentals and around the corner from the cutest bars and bistros. easily walkable. the room was lovely and spacious, clean. overlooking a quiet street. trendy interior with a cozy restaurant where we were able to get some work done during the day.

we celebrated both our birthdays in our trip to Paris and mentioned it to the hotel when booking. they gave us a free cocktails at the bar as a birthday gift and it was so nice. also, I mentioned I would like to get the room with the inner court yard balcony and they did managed to meet my request.

the room was very small, but that to be expected in Paris.

I had added to our booking that it was our 10yr wedding anniversary but nothing was mentioned which was a shame. The room was stunning,but small. I think the price is quite high being that the room was small and that breakfast wasnt included which it really should have been for that price.

Loved the beautiful design and feel of the hotel. Our room was comfortable: soft bed and spacious bathroom. The little french balcony made it extra special. The area is great, so many shops and cafes around, and it’s only a 10 min walk from the Louvre.

Our minibar smelled on our first day, but the staff cleaned it after we asked.

We did not eat in the hotel. We bought drinks at the bar downstairs and it was a really nice vibe. The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, the location was excellent. The rooms were very small but cozy, clean and comfy!
