Overall exceeded our expectations! Great location; close to multiple metro stations, plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Walking distance to many popular landmarks and tourist destinations. We booked the Superior Double Room (specfically the Réaumur orange room) and had plenty of space for two people. Room was very clean as well as the lobby area. Floor to ceilings windows were really nice as having good lighting is important to us (noted there are blackout & sheer curtains for privacy and light control). The toilet and sink+showers where in a different room which was interesting to us but not necessarily bad. Room also had a nespresso and small cookies that were refilled daily which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for two people. Checking in and out was super easy.

The WiFi connection was quite poor and unsecured. Area was a little bit noisy but not unexpectedly considering it's in central Paris. We had a minor issue with the outside gate opening when checking out but thankfully where able to get help from individuals in the building.

We had a great stay at Casao, the communication was excellent even before our stay. Our room was ready ahead of the 3pm check in as they knew we were arriving early. The room was small but prefcetly form and all you would need for 2 people, the shower was great. The location is fantastic and nothing really is further than a 30 minute walk away. The customer service is really what sets this place apart though, on an early departure I accidentally left my purse in our room, on contacting them, it had been found and they have returned it to me in the UK at no extra charge! Would definitely come back and stay again!

The only thing I would say is that at times the lighting in the main bedroom was a little dark when getting ready, I didn't mind it but I can imagine it would annoy some!

It is a great spacious room for Paris! It isn't a hotel as there is no 24 hour service, and I was nervous about this but using the code was fine and there is also a lovely cleaning lady who was able to assist. Loved the street it was across from, heaps of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. And the breakfast was so good and great value!

A few issues with not cleaning our room and towels but overall it was a good stay.

location was really good right next to a metro and busy neighbourhood. would stay here again for that. liked how although was in a busy area it was quiet hotel. but wouldn’t recommend if noise bothers you as it the outside noise does wake you up in the morning due to how busy it is but that didn’t bother us at all.

the wardrobes were dusty so we didn’t want to put our clothes in, not a deal breaker but could have just been avoided. can’t comment on staff as we never seen any we only seen one member on the last day but we don’t speak french and she didn’t speak english but our interaction with her was pleasant nonetheless :)

Location was fantastic! Walkable to Île de la Cité, the Louvre, La Concorde, etc. The beds were harder than I’m used to, but Canadian/American beds usually are a bit more plush. The staff we did see were friendly, as were the other visitors. Use of the luggage room was fantastic.

Would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room.

The location was great! Many cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min wak and most key sights were easily accessible by a metro (5 min walk). The rooms are of a good size and very clean.

The room doesn’t have its own mini fridge but there’s one in the common kitchenette all the rooms can access. Wasn’t sure if there was an iron on the property.

Absolutely perfect location! Lively but safe neighbourhood, Caitlin walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions. There are plenty of bistros, cafes and supermarkets around, open until late. Not the typical touristy area; we really liked the fact that the neighbourhood was frequented by locals. The hotel was fab, too. We had a very spacious and bright room, with a huge, comfortable bed. Fully renovated. The breakfast was alright and tasty. All the staff were very accommodating, kind and friendly. 100% would recommend CasaÔ!

CasaÔ has the perfect location. Very easy to access with the train from the CDG airport as the hotel is only a very short walk from the central train station of Les Halles. Access to the Paris metro is amazing as there is an entrance to the Sentier station (line 3) right across the hotel or only a 10 min walk away from the Bonne Nouvelle station (line 8 & 9) which is the one we used more often. Right across the hotel is Rue Montorgueil which is full with cafes, boulangeries and restaurants, so there are plenty of options for everyone. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The ladies that were cleaning the rooms and prepared our breakfast were both really lovely and helpful. In the reception area you could get snacks and capsules for the coffee machine we had in the room. From the kitchen area you could also get bottle water from the fridge without any additional charge. Also the hotel was very quiet in the night as the double windows really let almost no street noise inside.

We had just a small issue one night with the code for the main entrance on the street (which is usually unlocked), but luckily someone else let us in the building. While we were locked out, I tried calling the reception and even though nobody was there that late at night, I received a text back not long after asking if everything was ok. So eventually the issue would have been resolved again. Either way, that was such a small issue and nothing to take away from the amazing stay we had.

The receptionist, Elenita, was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. Access to the building and room without keys was also very convenient.

The bathroom without door was quite weird and inconvenient especially for non-couples sharing the room.

Excellent location in Paris! Super well connected to multiple metro lines. Walking distance from Central , the Marais and a lovely walk to and from Montmartre too. It’s on the main Road so getting Ubers was also very easy.

Nothing to complain about!
