Breakfast was very nice, and staff was as always, polite and helpful. Hotel was undergoing some minor renovations, but they made sure not to disturb the guests in any way. My Compliments!

The room's odor wasn't very nice, although the room was clean. It smelled stale and moldy, even after I tried to air it with open windows... definitely something to look into, perhaps give the carpets some deep cleaning, or refresh the furniture.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's near 5 different metro lines. You can go to metro station Europe (Line 3) in 2 mins by foot, metro station Rome (line 2) in 5 mins by foot, or metro station Saint-Lazare in less than 10 mins (lines 12, 13, 14). There are also some trains, we got the L line and went to Versaille. You can go to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier in 15 mins by foot. To visit Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Trocadéro Gardens, and Eiffel Tower you can take a direct bus from Rome bus station with less than 20 mins ride. Sacré-Cœur is also so close and we could see it from the room window. The hotel is located in the business area with a lot of music instruments shops so the neighborhood is clean and so quiet, especially at the weekend. You also can find some nice bars and restaurants near the hotel. Also, a Nicolas liquor store across the street, and you can find Monoprix supermarket around the hotel. The room was super clean, it hs daily cleaning, and there was a too-small refrigerator, coffee machine, and tea maker. The staff was very helpful and they can speak English very well. We didn't have breakfast, so I couldn't have any review on it.

Good room (106), nicely decorated as was the whole hotel. Shower stood in a small bath. Shower was good power and good heat. Good breakfast: good supply of everything. Nice scrambled egg. Friendly and professional staff (both reception and breakfast) at all times. Room nicely cleaned each day. Location is safe, is amidst lovely Hausmann-style buildings, and is easily walkable from Champs Elysee or even the Seine, and it's also just a few minutes walk from two metro stops on two different lines.

The hotel booklet vaunts its eco-credentials and desire, but the reality is that new towels were always given for each of our four days and there was no way of communicating to the housekeepers that you are happy for them NOT to change the towels. (In other hotels I've seen that if you want new towels that you place the old ones in a named location.)

I can not fail to mention the variety of breakfast, with options for all tastes, from hot to cold dishes, and a wide selection of drinks in addition to taking special care in celiacs. Located in the 8th district, good access to buses and trains. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the area with musical shops around. Great decor with books and information about Proust. Cordial, friendly staff, with information and advice about travel. Fantastic breakfast options. Option to refill bottle of water whenever needed from the breakfast area. A little compact area for bedroom and bathroom, but well laid out with good storage area. Decent food places around - best value for money was at Pho 520 across the hotel.

I’m a tea person and was disappointed to hear that tea sachets are not renewed daily for free, only coffee/milk/sugar are renewed. There was a slant on the 4th floor with no warning, and I nearly fell the first time I went down that path. I have informed the reception staff and they were happy to look into it, to provide a warning about the unexpected dip in the path.

Great location and decorations throughout the hotel. It was easy to reach and there are many metro stations as well as bus routes nearby. Some popular attractions are within walking distance. The receptionists helped us with some small issues we had.

We couldn’t open the windows in the bedroom to get some fresh air in the morning. The room seemed smaller than the one that we had booked. We had to ask the reception to clean the bedroom when we returned as it hadn’t been cleaned yet at 4pm on the first day. When we arrived ahead of check in time we were told the room would be ready in one hour so we went out and came back after 1 hour and 30 minutes but it wasn’t ready so we left again and came back several hours later.

This hotel was excellent. So bad i Just spent 1 night there as I was catching a train to Giverny very early in the morning..BUT i must say..as a germaphobic..this hotel was wonderful..the room was small as it is the normal in París but the beds were pristine..and so comfy..they had a NESPRESSO.with pods in the room..the bathroom was absolutely clean with NUXE products..very classy..so sorry didnt take pictures as i was so tired and Just crashed in the beautiful bed. I didnt get breakfast (no point of paying it as i knew i was not going to eat) but they offer to give me some Coffee to take with me at no cost..that was very nice. So i totally recommend this hotel and i am a very picky person.

That i Just stayed 1 night.

Although the hotel is simple but comfortable and the management is good and you feel intimid, we booked a suite for three people but the air conditioner did not work and the view was on the backyard, we were compensated with two neighbouring rooms and a free breakfast for three days, each room is provided with a water bottle that you fill from the reception whenever you want,

The room space is small, the bathroom door is a shaded glass pull I was just lighting the room and closing the bathroom lighting for more privacy.

1. Bed is too comfy to get up, 2. location wise, very close to Europe station on Metro 3 and station Rome on another line), supermarket 1 min away, close to an amazing Thai restaurant, 3. Balcony view is super nice (my room is 514), paid 25 euros per night extra for it but it's worth it, 4. hotel surrounding area and room are both very surprisingly clean while the rest of the Paris is garbage mountain.

1. Shower space leaks water to the rest of the room, 2. it's a bit small for two people, definitely no space for more than 2 checkin luggages, 3. not disadvantage but a suggestion -- maybe it's better to offer different room types (with or without balcony, how much more do i have to pay) on the booking website, rather than paying on arrival. The former seems better to me.

Exceptional helpful friendly staff. I stayed here with my 18 year old granddaughter for four days. The staff gave us good advice. The location was further away from the major attractions than we thought and we had problems figuring out the subway Although a quiet location there weren’t many restaurants close by most were four blocks away to our knowledge. The breakfast was fine. Our room was quite small but decorated nicely. Nice and quiet hotel with a wonderful helpful staff.
