The staff is a wonder and one of the best parts of my stay! Maria, Inès et un jeune homme qui m'a aidée pour les directions ont été on ne peut plus formidables. Inès m'a donné des astuces pour utiliser les transports publics et la recommendation d'installer l'application RATP qui est un atout hors-norme pour se déplacer dans la ville. The location is absolutely wonderful! All the major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel or within one ride with the metro. The metro is literally 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants around. I've shared my feedback with the staff, and they mentioned the hotel will go through some renovation in 2024.

The room was really small, even the elevator and the hallway to go to the room, seems like it's the standard in Paris. The miror in the bathroom had signs of tear.

It’s in a great location walking distance to a couple of big metro stations, we actually found we could walk to a lot from the hotel as it was close to the centre, lots of nice bakeries nearby, great WiFi, rooms were spacious and comfy, the room had a lovely balcony with a little table and chairs on, didn’t hear much noise even though you are on the street. the staff were great too and always really helpful and friendly. there was always someone on the front desk too which made us feel safe no matter when we can back at night.

Room was super spacious given the extra bed added to the room and I know that’s not common in Paris. Elevator was super quick, friendly enough staff, and no bed bugs!! Location was great for what we wanted (to be within half an hour walk of all the big things and easy metro to them).

The shower was kind of ick, and it seems the entire half of where the door should be, the glass was missing so despite trying hard and even taking down the shower handle to shower into the corner where there is a wall, it kept flooding the bathroom floor.

Very good location, just few meters to several Subway stations, depending on which line you need to take. The closest is the Ligne 2(Line 2). There is a supermarket right at the corner next to the hotel, opens until very late in the evening. So these are the best 2 points of the hotel. The receptionists are very nice too, they explained well about the transportation, areas etc. They also provide coffee, snacks, lemon water free of charge at the reception while you are waiting for friends, family or taxi.

The room is a bit too small for 2 persons

Subway station was literally a short block away. The location was absolutely incredible for traveling. The hotel itself was great. We spent most of our time awake out in the city but the room was incredible to have to recoup from a day of exploring. The staff were some of the most polite I've encountered and we're eager to help. Be it recommendations for food (I overhead them list off 3-4 cafes for a couple that had checked in before us), places to go and even a bookstore. Will definitely be booking here again for my next trip to Paris.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was I couldn't have spent longer staying at the Hotel Berne Opera and by extension, the city as a whole.

The room was on the ground floor, off the terrace, so we had access to an outside area, which was pleasant in the heat. We think we were in a room equipped for disabled persons, so it was spacious, and the bathroom was huge! The room was well equipped (fridge, seating, storage space) and pleasantly decorated. We didn't have breakfast, and didn't access the upper floors/rooms of the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from a Metro station (Rome).

The staff (Maria, Louisa and Isabelle) are very, very friendly! Actually the entire personnel is very kind. The have a special place where to leave your luggage in case you will leave later than the check-out. Around the corner is a perfect parking garage which you can use in case you arrive by car. Within 600 meters of the hotel you have three different metro lines so you can reach whole Paris within 15 minutes. The breakfast is room is cosy, there is enough food for a breakfast. Everything you do need without exaggerating. Across the street you find a perfect restaurant L'Affice.

Like everywhere in Paris the space in the rooms is limited, but enough to sleep.

The staff! The front desk were super helpful, the cleaning service always restocked and cleaned our room even if we left later and had already done our floor! The lady that ran the breakfast buffet kept everything stocked up, clean! They also have a cute little game room for kids to hang out in! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options!

Could probably replace the mattresses, the center dipped down, we were in twins so even when you rolled to the center you weren’t disturbing anyone but they were a bit hard for my taste!

Just came back from a trip with my mum and we had an awesome time. The hotel is near the metro, some bus stops and the train station. Honestly transportation was the easiest thing even though I was a bit terrified cause Paris is a pretty big city. The room was nice, clean and with a pretty view. The staff were polite and always happy to help. Overall it was a really nice experience

There was once a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom

The room was pretty much as described on the website, practical but a bit small for a “double room” maybe more suitable for one person. Buffet breakfast was okay. Good grades for cleanliness, wi-fi, shower quality. The proximity of the metro station also a big plus.

Some dislikes I would qualify as “minor”: inadequate soundproofing between rooms, fridge not very efficient as it was nested into a small cabinet under one of the desks, TV if you are not a French speaking person is pretty useless. Parking in the area also very expensive but, it seems, not uncommon for the city.
