Room small but perfectly adequate. Very Comfy. Could have done with more tea & Coffee in room. Sorry we didn't mention at time.

Lovely ambience in the foyer gives a warm feeling on arrival and whenever we get "home" in Paris. 24/7 recep and complimentary refreshments in the foyer : coffee/tea, water/lemonade and in the afternoon there are cakes! The hospitality from a particular staff (overnight manager) was superb. He was the epitome of French welcome and went over and above eg : each night, when we got back at say 10.30pm we would lounge in the foyer and he surprised us with cheese/fruit platter and refreshments. Felt very special. Nothing was too difficult for him. The room was very small (expected in Paris) but very stylish. We got macaroons and a welcome letter from the staff. Nice touch. Toiletries were from LOccitane (luxurious) and we later found out that the owner of the hotel is the same as the LOccitane. There is actually another Max Follies hotel opposite the road (same group) but more upmarket (presumably has more facilities and features). Overall Paris excels at romance - with many shops adorn with flowers and things of beauty.

Location was not in the centre of Paris so there is a bit of walking (but metro helped greatly). On the other hand there are tourist destinations within about 20 min circle. We went in Aug when the shops were closed for their break so we didnt get the buzz and feel of liveliness on the streets around the hotel. Looking for a local patisserie in the morning was a challenge.

My husband, two daughters (ages 10 and 5) and I spent four nights at this hotel in the 9th arrondisement, very convenient to many parts of the city. Our junior suite included a queen (ish?) bed and pull out couch. Facilities were clean and modern. The room itself was a bit tight as was the lobby area — but that is not unusual for a boutique hotel in Paris. Each staff member was friendly and helpful; all spoke English and humored me and continued to speak in French with me when I initiated. The kitchen manager/chef was very pleasant and hardworking. Each morning we ate a delicious breakfast — we had our pick of freshly baked baguettes, croissants and other pastries (all baked in house), scrambled eggs and bacon, various cereals and fresh fruit. We were spoiled each evening with cookies and cakes — and I enjoyed the best chocolate chip cookies!! Don’t hesitate - and book this stylish hotel with great staff members!!

Ideal location if arriving by Eurostar, approx 20mins walk from the Gare du Nord in one direction, the Louvre in the other. Lots of great restaurants and bars around but hotel on a reasonably quiet side street. Very good double glazing so even if it's a busier evening, it felt quiet in the room. Smartly decorated, very friendly staff and the breakfast looked good (although we didn't take advantage of it).

Couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioning (possibly broken? Room 303), although it was quite cool when we visited so opened the window for some fresh air instead.

I think it’s important to note that anything central Paris is going to be quite expensive - we looked around and found this property very in line if not better for the same area/similar property. We originally order the standard double room, we knew by measurements this was quite small - however it was conventionally placed so it was still comfortable, we choose to upgrade after the first night just because the price to do this was a bargain. We got a superior room and it was amazing, spacious and good value. Shower were great pressure, and bed were comfortable. The breakfast which we had included, was amazing. They had colds selection, and hot food available each morning, also a range of pancakes/crossiants/pastries. I had some of the best scrambled eggs here! Staff were excellent also, helping us with metro/train questions and how best to utilise. 24h reception too! Nice boutique little sitting area for you to use at anytime too. Location was amazing - few minute walk from metro, surrounded by amazing restaurants/cafes. We would stay here again

The only thing I’d mention - is that you can hear your neighbour quite clearly in the room. Did not bother us - but is something to note

Lovely boutique hotel in a charming neighborhood with a few restaurants and bars just down the block. The decor is quite chic, the staff was always available and very friendly and helpful with any needs. The AC in the room works well, although they had to remotely allow me access to change the temperature. I requested a room with a balcony and was given one and it was absolutely awesome. I loved staying here and it's well-connected via metro and not far from anything you'd want to see in Paris. Free Nespresso in the lobby is a great perk.

I like the location, about 12 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette. About 5 mins walk to Metro Station. There is a Franprix store nearby. Many good places to eat around the area. Nice and safe area. The room is nice and cosy. Bathroom is bigger compared to other Parisian Hotel. Bed big and comfortable. Nice clean bedsheets. Staff is very accommodating. Fahad very helpful with directions to other areas. Coffee tea available the whole day in the lobby area. Breakfast is good, plenty of selection for cheese and cold cuts. Fresh fruits daily! Love this charming place. Will definitely come back!

Very clean and had everything we needed. We were on the top floor so 58 steps to our apartment with luggage but once there very quiet. Good wifi strength and great shower. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Can’t really fault our stay despite it being very hot weather and needing to prop open the window for ventilation. We were not left quite enough shower gel for our 4day stay but found some in a cupboard. All in all a great stay. Be aware it is at least 900m around to tube stations.

The staff were lovely the location was great we had really nice meals in walking distance from the hotel each evening. The room was very clean and pretty it was a little small I do yoga daily and there was very little room but that was expected in Paris and the hotel reviews already let me know that the rooms were small but well designed and they are. I would definitely return to the hotel without hesitation. The hotel offers free coffee,water and pastries which is a lovely touch.

The breakfast was nice , lots of choice with cereals and cold cheese and meats - though the machine to boil the eggs didn't seem to get hot enough so the eggs were raw There was some nice choice - it would be even better if there were some things they could make to order like fresh eggs etc omelettes

The twin room could have been a bit bigger ? Not very spacious . The lighting could be improved with ability just to have bedside lights on without any other lights switching on .
