Location. Location. Location. The hotel is on a quiet street in the 7th, with lots of very good restaurant options, window shopping and Rue Cler is a block away. We walked to the D’Orsay, the Arc de Triomphe, and more. We had a beautiful night view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. We were comfortable enough and for Paris the room rate was not $$$.

The front desk people did not look up and/or greet us once when we entered. We stayed three nights. At the same time, I was getting daily emails from the hotel encouraging me to book activities, airport transfers, etc. I found that annoying. I am sure their location makes this hotel easily successful but having a friendly, helpful staff contributes enormously to the guest’s positive experience.

We stayed in a room that had twin beds pushed together. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It was quiet. We chose this hotel for the location. That was fantastic! There's an amazing pastry shop 2 minutes away (ask front desk) the Metro was 5 minutes away the Eiffel Tower was 12 minutes away. Several restaurants in the area. There is a lot of storage space where you can unpack. There is a small fridge.

The hotel room is very basic. There are no frills. If you are looking for frills go elsewhere. If you are looking for the best location that is budget friendly this is for you. The bathroom was really tight especially if you wanted to close the door. The shower water stream was not great but worked. The only real downside to this room is the carpet. It was older and had stains. This definitely should be replaced. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Great find.

The hotel itself was good, it was clean, and also the location was close to most places of interest. But in the case of the hotel receptionist , when our family entered,there was a man and a tall woman who were checking that they behaved unprofessionally! (Especially that guy), it looks like they are talking and laughing about me and my sister! Because we didn't understand their language, even if they were talking about something else, it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I hope this behavior will not be ignored. (A receptionist girl with eye glasses was so kind and polite)

Location was good, it could serve as a good base exploring Paris. Eiffel is a short walk, from there you can go to Arc/Champs Elysees. The Premium Double room we got was surprisingly good with a direct view of the Tower.

Breakfast could be improved, if you’re staying more than 2 days, it could get repetitive. But for the price paid, it was more than enough.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Excellent location for the Eiffel Tower and transportation system. Good breakfast. Room was a good size, well equipped. Parking was excellent: directly under the hotel. Overall the quality of this hotel and it's staff contributed to our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

The TV was mounted a little to high, but our priority was not to go to Paris to watch TV.

For a first time Paris visitor, it was difficult to narrow in on the best location. This hotel was central - 10 min or less walk to Eiffel Tower, and the street it was on felt less touristy and felt safe. Rue Cler was also a ~5 min walk and just a darling area that also felt very safe and less touristy than some of the main streets. We stayed in room 507 and it had a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom and bathroom windows. Loved that! Air conditioner also worked great! Beds and linens were nice and comfortable.

Maybe it was blocked, but I didn't see a look out / peep hole on our room door to be able to see who is knocking on the door. It didn't appear that a room key was required to ride the elevator up, although I believe the front desk was manned 24x7 and I think there were security cameras in the hall.

The hotel & room was very clean and cleaned daily. We had patio doors leading to a small balcony overlooking a small courtyard. From the balcony you had a view of the Eiffel Tower..stunning at night when it lit up and sparkled. Breakfast was sufficient and staff were pleasant. All staff were very pleasant although we didn't need to engage much as we were rarely in the hotel. Bathroom was tiny but shower had plenty of power. Towels changed daily. Bathrobes and slippers also supplied. Bed was super comfy! Best points.. The hotel is in a great location; close to most attractions, a few minutes walk to the Tower. There's a metro station a few minutes walk away and the Toot Toot Hop on Hop off bus drops off at Invalides which is just a short walk to the hotel also. To be honest, everything is within walking distance and pretty much flat so it's an easy walk to all attractions. Air Conditioning. We stayed during 30+ degrees heat and the air conditioning really was fabulous. We left it on during the day when we were out and came back in to an icebox..so welcome in the heat! The hotel is quite possibly the quietest we've ever stayed in. There was hardly any night time noise, no doors banging or hearing neighbours. In the morning it really didn't feel like you were in the middle of one of the biggest cities in Europe! Its situated on a one way street with fairly quiet streets all around. There's a supermarket just around the corner. All in all a fabulous stay here. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is between Tour Eiffel and Invalides, close to the metro and in a great neighbourhood. Modern rooms, the staff kind and helpful. There is a nice area for breakfast and also a cave with a good range of wines to choose from. The size of the room is ok for Parisians standards (generally smaller compared to other cities) but it had all comforts. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

The view with the Eiffel Tower is magical, the garden offers a green corner of silence and peace, away from the speed of the city. The breakfast was excellent and rich, the room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a very nice area, with many shops and cafes, it is also a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to public transport, or very "central" to a walk along the Seine or in the city.

My traveling companion would have appreciated some vegetables in the breakfast buffet: such as cucumbers or tomatoes. We weren't sure if you could ask for - and pay for - a coffee in the afternoon, for example. It is difficult to find flaws in such a good hotel.

this hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which was amazing! it is also close to the metro lines necessary to get to the city center, however, while we were here the metro line we needed was being repaired so we had to go places by foot or taxi which was do-able for a short stay but would have been much less convenient had we been here longer as the majority of the things to do are at a distance from the hotel. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff.

the room size was manageable for two people with carry-on luggage but would have been tight if someone was traveling with large suitcases in addition to carry-on bags. As we expected, we did not have an Eiffel Tower view as not all of the rooms face that direction (which is OK but something to consider when booking), we also found some stains on the towels and linens, they appeared to have been clean though. Also the bathroom was fairly small, also okay for a short stay for us but something to consider if you need ADA accommodations.
