Well located and friendly staff, good breakfast with several options. Although the room space is quite small / tight, it is well functional.

Elevator is unbelievable small, it worked for us as we travel only with carry-on but is challenging for large luggage.

Smart hotel with nice simple design, large windows looking out over the street in our room and a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. we had a double bed and a single in the room for our 5 year old. comfortable beds and room big enough to rest in after walking round Paris. near to the tower and the river boats. Didn’t take the breakfast but it’s set in a quiet street with lots of cafes. Generally a really nice neighbourhood that doesn’t feel like a tourist trap, while having everything a tourist needs.

The shower dribbled water onto the bathroom floor but otherwise non issues. If you don’t like stairs you might ask to go on a lower floor.

The folks at the reception desk were lovely, generous and helpful! We loved our cozy location...no view...but we were okay with that and noticed that there are several rooms with a view and may book one next time...there will definitely be a next time and we will definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to friends! We were obviously very pleased with our experience...and by the way...the location is excellent! Near the Eiffel Tower and so many other amazing sights! Within a few steps of our hotel we were greeted with wonderful restaurants serving scrumptious delicacies! Though we were not able to try them all over the week we were so delighted with the choices we did make!

We were pleased with everything! We could not have asked for more...a superb holiday in magical Paris! We have visited several times but this was our preferred location...and we will be back in a couple of years! Until we meet again...

Our room was large, sparkling clean, fabulous, and very comfortable. In Paris, we always stay at the Grand Hotel Leveque because of the safe area, quality of the hotel, plentiful breakfasts, excellent hotel staff, and location with many restaurants on Rue Cler where the hotel is located. The man who checked us into the Grand Hotel Leveque was wonderful. I misplaced his name, but I request that the hotel management look up his name and praise him for his exceptional service and directions to the historical sites in Paris. Also, the man who checked us out was Hossam, and I request the hotel management to praise him for his exceptional service, too!

Exceptional service! My luggage got stolen at the train station and my medication was in the bag. The hotel found me a doctor, stayed on the phone line for over an hour while they put us on hold. Also, they personally walked me over to the pharmacy so I could get my prescription! The neighboorhood is perfect for families - next door to grocery stores, lots of cafes and (and STARBUCKS! IF YOU NEED ICE!) with great takeout options, and most importantly 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffle Tower.

Rooms are small! So email the hotel and let them know exactly how many people are coming so they can recommend the right room. Their standard room really only fits one person. We upgraded to a suite and it fit our family perfectly.

This well known hotel underwent a major refit during the period 1991/92. The result has been to bring it up to a very modern standard but without losing any of its old graciousness. Rooms are more spacious and relaxing. Breakfasts are sumptuous with lots of choice.

The only suggestion I would make is that a grab rail in the shower area would assist less mobile people when alighting from the shower/ bath . It's a very deep bath and people who are not agile will have some difficulty entering/exiting the shower area.

What makes this property a clear 10+ is the staff, especially Hossam and Zayneb. From their first warm and cordial welcome to their always helpful advice on restaurants and sights to see, they will help make your stay in Paris comfortable, delicious and memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Rue Cler is in a wonderful neighborhood that is quiet at night with locals and visitors at its many cafes and markets during the day. It is within walking distance of many sights. The hotel is very well maintained. I highly recommend.

The location is excellent, in a very nice neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets and other stores, and with an easy access to metro. The Eiffel Tower is a 10-min walk. The breakfast was very complete including eggs, beans, cheese, ham, diverse types of bread, juices, fruit, etc. The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean and the air conditioning was keeping the room fresh during the warm summer period.

The room and bathroom are a bit small, but I guess it is the price of being in central Paris. The shampoo and shower gel could have been better quality.

The staff at Grand Leveque were the highlight of my stay. It was my first time in Paris and they were kind enough to help me with suggestions of places to go and directions, even which transport to take. They were available on whatsapp late at night when I needed help with train information. They were AMAZING! The rooms are clean and the location is a walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, The Arc, Carette Patisserie and other attractions. Overall, it was worth it.

The rooms are very small but functional. I had most of what I needed for a pleasant stay. Would've been even better if there was a mini fridge but I spent most days eating out so it was fine.

The room was extremely clean. Location was fantastic - love the street its off of perfect and frankly much better than many more expensive hotels. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Elevator is small - so anyone with wheelchair - not the place for you - but otherwise it was fantastic. Room size was fine - its a little tight but as a tourist we basically used the room to sleep in - I didn't travel all the way to paris to lounge around a hotel room.

I don't want to be critical for the sake of it - nothing comes to mind.
