Breakfast, Staff, Room (after changed to a better type - see my remarks about Deluxe Double Room)

Rooms - There are several types of Deluxe Double Room. At the first 2 nights (out of 4) we received a room with a long corridor at the entrance to the room, which was completely useless. This turned the room which is declared to be 19-20 square meters into a ~15 square meters room. After 2 days we raised our dissatisfaction from this room, and we received another type of Deluxe Double Room which does not have such a useless corridor at its entrance. The new room was also 20 square meters, but it was much larger and spacious. We enjoyed this room very much.

The location and aesthetic of the space were nice. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The atmosphere was great.

We chose the hotel specifically for the Hammam/Spa and it was closed all 5 days of our stay. There was no clear explanation as to why or when it would be fixed. Felt like we wasted money on paying a premium for this hotel. The breakfast buffet had bug issues; every day there were fruit flies on the bread and fruits layed out. Staff seemed not to notice or ignore this. There were stains on our carpet in the room which had not been properly cleaned. No extra pillows in the room. The bottle water in the room was not always refreshed.

hotel’s location is perfect few minutes walk to the arc de triomphe and champs elysees. train station, metro and buses just 2-3 minutes walk. Restaurants and cafes at each corner. staff are all friendly ( thanks to Ibrahim , Rasheed and Bruno) for there attitude also thanks to all staff.

This was such a beautiful hotel and very clean everywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. They put rose petals and a birthday note in my mums room free of charge as requested before our arrival. Very easy to communicate with through the messaging system on booking.com if you have any queries, they were very quick at replying and wanted to help as much as possible. They offer a quick online check-in and check-out upon arrival/departure, which means there’s not much faffing around with paperwork at reception. The superior double bedrooms were a really good size with big bathrooms. Nice touch adding slippers and dressing gowns. Beds and pillows were really comfy too. The rooms were nice and quiet as well so we had a great night sleep each night. This hotel was also in a perfect location - it’s right next to the Arc de Triomphe and 2 metro stations, so a really nice part of the city and very easy to get around via the metros. The hotel also offer gym and sauna facilities that’s free / included in your stay which I thought was great as normally you’d have to pay extra for these things. Overall, very happy with our stay and this hotel, it was perfect and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be back that’s for sure :) thank you Le Tsuba!

Location, cleanliness, style, upgraded, and staff. Overall just a great place to stay when touring in Paris.

Minor issue was gym downstairs that was “under renovation” (apparently from other reviews that’s their standard line)….very basic and could use upgrade in equipment. Not the biggest issue since we didn’t get much time for working out as tourists in Paris walking over 20k steps/day. Note also that the gym is downstairs among a sparkling new spa area, sauna, and hammam, which was great for relaxing after long days in town.

I have stayed in a few 4 stars hotel in Paris, and by far, this is the cleanest one. Checking in experience: Hotel seems to be very new. Lobby was very spacious (for Paris!), and there's a lot of room to sit down. We got our room upgraded to a Deluxe room, and our room was ready before check-in time. Staff member at the check out, Bruno, was so nice and very helpful. The room: Very spacious room, and for Paris, it was extremely clean. The room has wide windows that allows air and light into the room. Nice Nuxe amenities in the room. The most important thing: the carpet was clean. You know how sometimes the carpet feels so dirty and never been properly cleaned? It wasn't the case with this hotel. We came during summer, and the room has blackout curtains. It was also very quiet room. Breakfast: There's a wide selection of breakfast, from pastries, GF, warm breakfast, to selection of fresh fruits and juices. Location: This is a truly beautiful and clean hotel at the heart of 17eme arrondissement. The hotel is just a stone's thrown away from Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées. Around the hotel there's a few supermarkets, RER station as well as Metro. It is very well situated.

They ran out of croissant during breakfast, but it was not a big deal, as they had other options. Including pain au chocolat!

Reception staff are wonderful. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. The rooms are a decent size for Paris, and bathrooms are spacious too. Air-conditioning worked well.

Breakfast service felt like it needed support. Perhaps a manger on duty, someone to make you feel welcome. The service was lacking in this department. Someone with a friendly smile, casually assisting the team and making sure everyone is happy. Some music would be good too. The outside area wasn't set up for breakfast every morning. This area is so beautiful, utilise it.

The location is great and very central. I would say room by the street can be noisy with the traffic. I would get a court room side if light sleeper. The room was a great size and bed was very comfortable, bathroom a good size too. The staff are lovely and very accomodating in my need to change my spa treatments, which were very good as well. The gym is a bit basic and could do with some updagrade on some equipment. Found it strange you had to pre-book it but I guess due to size of it. The hotel was lovely but the breakfast room/bar area a bit basic and the room service options were limited but lots of places to eat near by.

Gym needs updating with more weights and other gym equipment.

Everything! The hotel was amazing, the location was so central and you could walk to everything. The room was lovely, but the best thing was the reception staff. The two gentleman who looked after us were exceptional customer service. BeBe ensured everything was taken care of and checked in with us everyday to see how things were and what we had been doing that day. I would highly recommend this property, I have a very high standard and the hotel and experience exceeded it.

Nothing

The metro line 1 is within easy walking distance and so are the Champs Elysées and a lot of other landmarks. But it is less touristy and less crowded in the neighbourhood of the hotel than in many other parts of Paris. The most striking feature about the hotel is its design, it is stunning and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast is great, there is a variety of fresh food and a Nespresso machine. The staff is young, friendly and international. Finally, the bedrooms are extremely clean and well isolated and the air conditioning works well, the beds and pillows are comfortable.

I saw several people with dogs, which I really don't appreciate in a hotel. I really like dogs as such, but not in a hotel and I think it should. be clearly marked by booking.com whether dogs stay in the hotel.
