The hotel is located in a very strategic position, just a short walk to the metro of Charles de Gaulle square from where it is easy to utilize the metro lines heading to the most popular spots in Paris. The general impact when arriving is very positive, it looks like a very nice boutique hotel and the staff was very friendly and organized. Cleanliness of the room was flawless and cleaners were very careful to notice when I was out of room to make their work. Some reviews tell the rooms to be small. Yes, probably the word “spacious” does not apply, but honestly said, the room was not as small as I expected to find it. In my opinion, it was conceived to be sufficient to accommodate two persons and their luggage without particular issues. To make it short, I liked the hotel style, location, cleanliness and friendly attitude of the staff. I felt totally comfortable since the first minute I checked in and that’s what I needed to start a great vacation.

The hotel is located in an amazing area, even though it is close to one of the major attractions in Paris (Arc du Triomphe), the hotel is placed in a nice quiet corner around restaurants, boulangeries and little markets. The room was very curated, newly renovated, clean and it had everything needed. I particularly appreciated that everything from the minibar was included in the price, the presence of the kettle boiler and different teas, coffees and cookies. I also particularly appreciate a well-done bed, and this was one of them! Amazing view and great quality of products (they use Rituals products). A honorable mention goes to the female front desk manager! I stayed at the hotel 1 night, checked out the next morning and left my luggage there. However, during the course of they day I came back to the hotel to relax in the lobby during the time between the appointments I had (the lobby offers free teas and coffees). The multilingual front desk manager welcomed me, was extremely professional and we had a very convivial chat throughout the day. I do not take this level of humanity, hospitality and relation for granted: bravo and thank you for the professionalism! This makes the difference, I will definitely come back.

The room was a little small, but it had everything that I could need, it was modern and very clean.

Wonderful place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk from the metro station. You can see the Arc de Triomphe from the window. There are several restaurants, shops, and bakeries around. It feels like a quiet residential area and not touristy. The room was on the smaller side but very comfortable. There's an open space bathroom with a glass shower cabin. The toilet is separate and closed in a small corner. Everything was super clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Rooms might be on the smaller side for some. Room sound insulation can be an issue for some people, as you can hear people in other rooms.

An exquisite boutique hotel, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe. Multiple good restaurants and bistros are nearby. Easy access to public transport and the rest of the city. Well-appointed comfortable rooms and faultless housekeeping.

Other than the small incident of a smoking toast, which set the hotel fire alarm off one morning, we could not fault the establishment. A minor criticism would be the staff were sometimes too eager to have you use search engines to find experiences when we would rather have just booked it directly through the hotel. They were wonderful with helping me organise flowers for my partner's birthday, however.

The location is fantastic, steps away from subway system, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The rooms are small with the shower right in the bedroom however who wants to be sitting in your bedroom when you are in Paris!! Water pressure was great and the room was clean. Loved the fact they provided some snacks, coffee and beverages free of charge. This was fantastic value. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early. On check out they held our luggage since we had an evening flight. AC worked great and there is an elevator in the building. The staff was so friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Quirky fun little boutique hotel with a phenomenal location and a great staff! If you are on the fence, book it.

Avenue Carnot is a quiet, yet centrally-located, neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets near by. Charles de Gaulle-Etoile station is located in the Avenue - just a two-minute walk from ELSA Hotel - and will take you everywhere in Paris. ELSA Hotel is located in a fully renovated Haussmann-style apartment building. My room was in the top, 6th floor, featuring a small but lovely outdoor terrace and an attic-shape space. Although on the small-side, the room was perfect for one guest and spot clean. Lots and lots of TV channels to choose from. The bed was very comfy, the wifi worked perfectly, the room was equipped with a cattle and coffee machine, and the frigo bar was complimentary upon arrival - a very nice touch. At the reception, a coffee machine with expresso, capuccino, café au latte, etc was freely available for guests 24/7 - also a very nice touch. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Sometimes, we could hear noises from other rooms, which are not sound proof. But it could have been worse though...

Next time I'd go back to the Elsa as it is cozy and clean with great location, but I would either get a larger room if I am not alone or not go there at all. The room is absolutely great if you are alone.

while the rooms have been redesigned and are basically comfy, we were a couple in a so called "double business" room and we felt we had almost no space to move around or put our stuff. There's no official closet, just some basic construction with some hangers and that's it. My girlfriend had many dresses and clothes and we had to just leave most of it in the suitcases and pull and put back what we needed as we needed it. There was litterally no room to move in the rooms with our suitcases on the floor.

I was in Paris more than 50 times but this time it was different. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome and our whole Paris experience was even more magical thanks to them. Tamanna went above and beyond for us. Room is warm and cozy with a lovely view at Arc de Triomphe. Bed is super comfortable and wifi is good. All in all we had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back again

Everything was perfect

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were great and the location was excellent. I even had a view of the Arc de Triomphe from my window. With the metro and RER stations located right outside the hotel and numerous bars and restaurants in the area, there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The business room may be small, but it's quite comfortable. The bathroom sink and shower box are not separated from the rest of the room, as shown in the pictures. This setup may be awkward for some guests, but if you are travelling with your partner it will not be a problem.

Excellent location near the Arc de Triomphe in a beautiful, historic building. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. As a plus, everything on the first day from the mini bar was complementary. Additionally, there are free hot drinks in the lobby. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful as well, making guests feel welcome the moment stepping into the hotel. I can’t imagine a more perfect hotel for a stay in Paris, and wholeheartedly recommend it!
