Location is on point and the setting in the courtyard at the back led to a quiet few hours sleep when we returned home late from seeing Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was lovely and in a nice calming setting. The night manager had a more relaxed approach but the Front of house day time manager I felt went above and beyond to fix any issues we had.

There was construction work to a nearby property that the hotel weren’t notified about themselves. They are working hard to resolve this. You should be fine if you are up and out by 8am and this would only effect you if you were overlooking the courtyard. It looks like this work may not be going on for long either and shouldn’t effect weekends at all?

This is a very lovely boutique hotel. Our room was very clean, I thought it was brand new. The hotel is within reach of every facility you could want, There is a metro station within a minute or two's walk, Arc de Triomphe is basically at it's door step and it's a few minutes walk from Champs Elysee. Not sure what the best part of this hotel is, there are so many. Our room had a mirror ceiling which was amazing, there's a Japanese toilet which was interesting to see. The hotel offers day rooms if you need a late checkout. The day room wasn't as fancy as the room we stayed in but it was decent for our purposes. So many good things about this hotel, you won't be disappointed. There are two very nice cafes next door and across the road from the hotel, that are definitely worth a visit.

The only downside is that there is no sink/handwash basin in the toilet, you'd have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. The bathroom was rather small but was ok.

Personally, this location is perfect for me to go to the office, 1 minute walk. The staff is at the 5 Stars level, helpful, just excellent. Perhaps the breakfast can be improved by offering some "trendy" selections of food

Preferred a shower room instead of a bathtub, and the sanitary wares are worn out.

I spoke very little french however fortunately for me almost all staff spoke english (except for the cleaners, however it was easy to communicate with them as well using hand gestures and what not) Food was amazing too and the deserts I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and believe I got value for my money

Everyone was ready to help with a smile and I could felt that they were not pretending just to make the money.

I wish the hotel had vegan or vegetalienne options since my husband and I are vegan.

I liked it all, everything they do is exceptional. The hospitality, attitude and staff engagement was over and above my expectations. This is a hotel that makes you feel like at home but an elevated version..

The only thing i didnt like was the lack of night room service. Such as late night snacks, drinks and food. Otherwise, my stay was perfect at maison Albar Champs Elysees

Excellent location, near the Arc The Triumph & Champs Ellysees shopping center. There was also an underground parking spot where the staff could park you car (in case your traveling by car).

Small rooms, but that’s normal because you’re in Paris :)

Location is superb - literally a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe All rooms well appointed and very comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful Very nice restaurant across the street

Great location close to metro, staff were exceptional. Very comfy bed. Well appointed rooms-nice touches like complementary water and macaroons. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, easily accessible to all modes of public transportation, hardly 5 mins walk to Champs Elysees, moreover the staff has been very helpful and has gone over and above during our stay.
