We really enjoyed our time in Paris and in the hotel as well. The room was spacious, there is a big tv where you can stream from your phone onto the tv screen. The bathroom was so nice and clean, which to me is a big plus. They have Rituals products, a nice surprise because I love the brand! For the ladies; the mirror was great for doing your makeup as it has built in lightning. I wish I could copy and paste their bathroom into my own home lol, I loved glamming there before heading into the city. The bed was comfortable and clean too. There was a safe and very spacious parking garage near the hotel with a good price for the security you get for parking there. The restaurant and lounge upstairs serve great French cuisine and drinks with enthusiastic staff and good music. The rooftop terrace has an overview of the city and you can see the Eiffel tower too. We loved how the hotel staff, Imas in particular, always welcomed us in the lobby after a day in the city. She always had time for a talk about our day and gave us tips for sightseeing and transportation. My 10 year old also got a welcome and parting gift, which was so sweet and thoughtful! She really made our stay a 10+. I honestly feel homesick for Paris and for this hotel, I loved everything about it. We plan to come back in the near future!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Novotel Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far out from the tourist attractions but has a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding areas. If you don't want to walk a lot, the metro is super nearby (7 min walk), which connects you to the rest of the city. However, walking to the Eiffel Tour is only around 30 minutes and you pass lots of beautiful streets & local shops, so would recommend it!

Breakfast was but a lot of guests so every morning, we had to wait to be seated as there were at least 7 people ahead of usl

Room could have been a little cleaner. Can also provide slippers. As well, we paid for the stay upfront so we were not able to charge meals to our room which was a bit inconvenient because we had to carry either cash or credit card when we ate there.

I liked the ambience and the warmth of the staff. Very helpful and courteous.

The room size wrt the pricing was small. Also, Not a very great view from the rooms, even from 4th floor where we stayed.

Location was great, right next to the Convention centre and great restaurants nearby. Check-in was flawless - bear in mind you still have to pay the city tax onsite (this is informed during your booking process). Love the fact there is no Check-In "counter", just a little festive related hut (?) that is very welcoming in the foyer.

During the 4 days we stayed, the sky bar was closed for private functions, and we were not allowed up to just go and see the view - which was of the Eiffel Tower. A bit disappointing as we couldn't enjoy the sky bar. Would have been great if it was partitioned off for other hotel guests to allow us to enjoy the bar too. There was also a minor incident on the 2nd night with some upset patrons and a member of staff who was quite vocal about entrance to the sky bar, which was rather unprofessional.

Great warm lobby atmosphere - standard room size. Clean, good internet. It was cold - I asked reception for an extra heater - it was in my room in 5 minutes fully efficient. Overall, next time I'll book this hotel. Not just because everything was perfect because it's not - but because they had a great capacity to fix things quickly and to actually care about you as a guest. Really good value for money.

There was no fridge in our room ( there was a place for it but it was not there ), maybe that is the case with our room only do not know. General auto heating could be better - but stuff handles that great with bringing an extra heater if someone needs it.

The glass bathroom door, not sure if it had been put on the wrong way around, but when the lights were on, standing outside the bathroom, you could see inside the bathroom, when inside the bathroom you couldn’t see out ??

Excellent staff, especially many thanks to Barth and Melanie. Excellent breakfast, including special fruits, fresh juice. Free water fountain, including sparkling water. Free photo service. Excellent sport facility. Excellent rooms, large enough for 2 children (4 person) family, along with extra convertible bed, modern and good lighting, sufficient wardrobe, efficient bathroom with isolated toilette, excellent room cleaning service. Excellent roof. 250-300 meter to train. Very high value for the money!

The only disappointment was the dinner. We wish we didn’t took it. We are sorry for the money we paid for the food. However, despite that, the atmosphere was outstanding and especially the staff/server (Kevin?) was extremly nice/cute.

Great location. Clean. Water machine available in the common area. Generally: a quite pleasant place in a good Paris area.

The mini refrigerator was NOT working...We informed the staff- no action- just stayed our 3 days like this. We booked a Superior family room, it was described that there is a coffe nespresso machine in the room. Please have in mind that this is not true - there was only a kettle in the room. The staff explained to us that actually the coffee machines were only for the executive rooms - still the opposite of the room description... So, just do not bring coffee capsules, because you will not need them... In the restaurant, you order coffee with a coffee creamer, but you are served a Latte. Result: you have to drink something you do not like and for almost double price. 😉 We found our pijamas  thrown like garbage - not pleasant at all, I am sorry.

The overall experience was good. There are metro and tram stations around so you could easily commute to your place of interest. The beds were comfortable and rooms were medium spacious, ok for a two or three day stay. Bathroom was also good. The breakfast was nice, we tried it once during our stay. It is a bit above the average price range in Paris, so you can try other options in the city as well. Ofcourse the stay was a value for money.

-There were not much eateries nearby but they do have a nice restaurant upstairs which was pretty nice and classy. -The staffs behaviour at the reception could have been a bit better. -Ofcourse every hotel has its own code of conduct but I feel replenishing the regular coffee stuffs in the room is nice since everyone might have a different habit for coffee.
