I visit a lot of Hotels both as guest but also as my customers. The staff in this hotel is exceptional. A great view for detail. Thing's like the whispering voice in the elevator and immediately acting when something is not going up to the standard of service of the hotel. This independent Hotel will get my business any time.

We stayed in the hotel 4 days at the end of April 2024. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We had been to Paris 2 years earlier and the hotel (not Moderniste) was said to be typical for Paris, relatively clean, without any major amenities. Hotel Moderniste was amazing, clean, fragrant, larger rooms, very nicely decorated, great bathroom. I was incredibly impressed by the information that coffee/tea is available 24 hours a day free of charge. It's a small thing, but it's nice - we know that most of the time the guests see Paris, but the thought that they could go down for a delicious coffee at any time was great. The breakfasts were delicious - the quality of the products was excellent. Rooms cleaned every day. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The view from the window of the beautiful Paris tenement house is priceless. There's a bar on the corner, shops right next to it, very close to the metro/bus. Most attractions take about half an hour to get to by metro, but it's definitely worth it. I recommend the Moderniste hotel to everyone

Drinking Water: Unlimited because the dinning room has stored refillable bottle container which makes them sustainable & environment friendly ATM: there were 2 nearby atm machines which is vividly indicated on the map that is given by the front-desk officer upon check-in

Breakfast: buffet breakfast had so much supply but the food were the same in my 5D/4N stay

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I think it's quite new. Everything was super clean and nice. My room was perfect for one person, but would have been small for two people. I had a lovely window that opened up to the inner atrium and it let in a lot of fresh air and I could see the blue sky, so I really liked that. Breakfast was delicious, too. grocery store and self-service laundry very close by. Easy connections to the sights of Paris. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What a lovely hotel! During our entire stay the staff was so kind, helpful and made us feel at home. Prior to the arriving we knew the size of the hotel. We loved how they used the space so efficiently. For two of us there was a double bed and our adult daughter had a twin bed. The room and bathroom had all that was needed and enough space to lay out skincare etc. Our room and the shared areas of the hotel were immaculate! The location was in a quieter suburb however did not lack for great cafes and restaurants. Traveling to other parts of Paris was not an issue with the metro, walking or using Bolt. We would not hesitate to come back and stay here.

The hotel staff were friendly & professional in equal measures. Always went out of their way to be helpful. The area of the hotel Arrondisment 15 is a lovely area which is mostly residential and has lots of great restaurants with high quality food at reasonable prices. The metro station Convention is only a very short distance & walk from the hotel & very convenient for getting to the tourist attractions. We have travelled to Paris many times before but never stayed in this area before but will definitely stay here again, it has become our favourite area to stay.

I found this hotel by chance when I was looking for accommodation in this area for a few nights. The photos and reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but I went ahead and booked it. I have to say, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant, and happy to help. The facilities were cozy, there was a beautiful breakfast room, the rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and in excellent condition (paint, carpets, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the hotel was in a quiet location, the shower was excellent, and even the tea and coffee selection in the room was very good. Breakfast was sufficient, and I was delighted with the homemade fruit salad, cucumbers, and tomatoes (often there are no vegetables or fruits at hotel breakfast). The cheeses and yogurts were also excellent, as were the pastries, omelets, bacon, etc. The staff in the breakfast room was also very friendly. We absolutely recommend this hotel without reservation—an excellent accommodation choice!

Room - 703 is small, but very clean, equipped with everything you need plus a generous terrace from where we had a very nice view of the city. The bathroom was also ok, the towels were changed daily, cleaned daily. Starting at 7 o'clock in the morning, the breakfast buffet was super good (omelet, boiled eggs, milk, juices, different types of tea, plain or fruit yogurts, compotes, jams, honey, several types of cheese, cheese, bread white toast, with seeds that you could fry in the machine, baguette), many types of pastries, candied or fresh fruit. The coffee also excels everything in a pleasant atmosphere, in a special setting. It's the ideal place to start your morning before exploring Paris. All the staff at the reception and in the hotel are welcoming and always ready to help you with all the information you need. also in the reception you can find leaflets and maps of the city + public transport. The distance from the M12-Convention metro line is about 4 minutes of leisurely walking. The next time we return to Paris, we will stay at the same hotel, which I wholeheartedly recommend.

The hotel itself was stunning. The rooms were beautifully appointed and meticulously clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in the heart of Paris with easy access to the metro and buses, cultural attractions, and delicious dining options. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming retreat in Paris.
