The staff were polite. The breakfast was good. The hot chocolate was amazing. The hotel was close to a bunch of very good restaurants with a great veiw of the Arc de Triumph and close to transport locations for the Eiffel tower, Airports, Louvre, and was in walking distance to the Arc de Triumph. We walked to the Eiffel tower and we walked back from the Louvre. The last night we saw that there was a nightclub infront of the hotel. We could not hear it with an open window.

The rooms were small and no elevator but that is expected from hotels that are in the old part and center of Paris. There was not enough cognac at the bar.

This hotel is in an excellent location, about five minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Etoile Metro Station. It is on a quiet side street. My room, accessed by lift, was clean and, when I kept the window closed, quiet. It had blackout curtains. There was an air conditioning unit in the room (though I didn't need it) and all the facilities I needed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, spoke good English and sorted out any problems which arose quickly and effectively. There was a buffet breakfast with a reasonable range of items, including cereals, bread, cooked meats, cheese, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The granola was tasty, and the espresso coffee was excellent. If I was staying near the Arc de Triomphe again, I would certainly consider staying here.

No kettle and no cups or mugs in the room. The glasses provided were very small. It would have been nice to have a picture on the wall.

From the moment we arrived we experienced a very warm welcome by staff who were more than accommodating and who went out of their way to give any help we needed. All staff were excellent. We can't speak highly enough of all staff . The Tivoli was an ideal location for us, a very central location, within easy walking distance of the Arc De Triomphe, underground stations and local restaurants but down a quiet side street so as not to be disturbed by the traffic noise on the main avenue. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A very good shower. At 13 euro per person, breakfast was excellent value for money considering the cost for breakfast in the local restaurants.

We thought the rooms were a bit tired and were in need of brightening up. Although there was a bar open 24/7 its stock was very limited.

Fantastic location and lovely friendly staff. The rooms were a bit small but it's what you expect in a city and they were always clean. The breakfast was also great. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely visit again!

Employees were so friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk.

A little worn in places. Everything was clean, it obviously had been updated, but now the updates were worn(ex. Our tub had been painted and now the tub paint was peeling off.)

The location is great. Lots restaurants nearby and super close to a major Metro stop, and a smaller one too. The bed was comfortable, the linens were great too. The elevator is fast and doesn't feel rickety and the WiFi is really strong. There is even American CNN on the TV (hint, go down the channels instead of up!). I had a quiet room and would stay in it again and again; rooms facing the street would be impossible to sleep in since there is a loud nightclub across the street.

The room was a little small for navigating your stuff plus your body. The front desk staff is exceptionally nice, but the young woman at the desk either doesn't listen or struggles with English. I asked a few questions or for suggestions with local places and her information was either inaccurate, or she didn't understand what I was asking for.

The shower is very dangerous specially that the glass is not fixed and I almost fell and when I tried to hold the glass it made it worst because is not coed. It would be better to replace the glass with a curtain or make the glass fix

the hotel is centrally located just next to arc de triumph. metro station Charles de Gaulle etoile is 5 min away. room and bath were clean, comfortable bed, quality breakfast downstairs. helpful staff at the reception.
