Like many hotels in Paris, this one is small but perfectly formed! Great location near the Arc de Triomphe with good transport links - only a 3 min walk to the metro station (Etoile). The breakfast was good and the water refill station was fantastic. The shower in the bathroom was excellent. Air con worked well in the room, sometimes too well!

The lift broke twice whilst we were there, fortunately fixed twice as well! The rooms are very small, well proportioned for their size, but very small. The air con was hit and miss - difficult to get the right temp. There was no space to unpack clothes at all - apart from a couple of small tables and space to hang 2/3 pieces of clothing. If you're stying for 1/2 nights this probably won't be an issue, but if you're staying longer you will be going into and out of your suitcase/bag a lot. There is a spa in the basement...however the spa consists of a small warm plunge pool and a broken steam room and broken sauna - really not what I'd call a "spa"! Difficult to park outside, so if you have many bags be aware.

The stay was fantastic. The hotel was refreshed, everything was new. The rooms were a bit small, but well-equipped (good quality cosmetics, coffee service). The use of the private SPA (sauna, showers, music) included in the price of the room was fantastic, although the pool had cold water. The service was great - very friendly and willing not only to respond to inquiries, but also to propose new facilities and solutions. There were very few guests, so it was quiet and cozy. I am very pleased with my stay.

We did not have breakfast (EUR 20 per person is a bit too high).

Overall really nice hotel with a nice design (recently established). It has a spa are as well with guests can book for them privately. And the staff is really nice and helpful. The location is close to the arch of Triumph, easy to find and metro station will be close as well.

The pool wasn't working during my staying. And rooms are really small, so if you are traveling with a big luggage, you might need to be creative to find a space where to open it, but if you are a couple with 2 big suitcases - there is no options for both of you to be able to open them.

Michael on the Front Desk and the Young Lady who was in the kitchen. Both were Super Kind to me and Michael interacts naturally with clients!!! Michael is a people person, Kind and Wonderful!! The Young Lady was very sweet in the Kitchen. Just Great and Wonderful!! The Hotel House Keeper before I checked out, was very patient and kind also.

With all due respect I was a little cold in the room. I guess I could have slept in a robe, under all the bedding. I could not set the Temperature up as high it could go, like in the United States.

Very new hotel and very clean. The staff was really kind. Very good location 4 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe.

The room was really small, that was somehow expected but honestly not that much. At night we could hear noises coming from the outside, so our room was not really sound proof.

The staff were polite. The breakfast was good. The hot chocolate was amazing. The hotel was close to a bunch of very good restaurants with a great veiw of the Arc de Triumph and close to transport locations for the Eiffel tower, Airports, Louvre, and was in walking distance to the Arc de Triumph. We walked to the Eiffel tower and we walked back from the Louvre. The last night we saw that there was a nightclub infront of the hotel. We could not hear it with an open window.

The rooms were small and no elevator but that is expected from hotels that are in the old part and center of Paris. There was not enough cognac at the bar.

This hotel is in an excellent location, about five minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Etoile Metro Station. It is on a quiet side street. My room, accessed by lift, was clean and, when I kept the window closed, quiet. It had blackout curtains. There was an air conditioning unit in the room (though I didn't need it) and all the facilities I needed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, spoke good English and sorted out any problems which arose quickly and effectively. There was a buffet breakfast with a reasonable range of items, including cereals, bread, cooked meats, cheese, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The granola was tasty, and the espresso coffee was excellent. If I was staying near the Arc de Triomphe again, I would certainly consider staying here.

No kettle and no cups or mugs in the room. The glasses provided were very small. It would have been nice to have a picture on the wall.

From the moment we arrived we experienced a very warm welcome by staff who were more than accommodating and who went out of their way to give any help we needed. All staff were excellent. We can't speak highly enough of all staff . The Tivoli was an ideal location for us, a very central location, within easy walking distance of the Arc De Triomphe, underground stations and local restaurants but down a quiet side street so as not to be disturbed by the traffic noise on the main avenue. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A very good shower. At 13 euro per person, breakfast was excellent value for money considering the cost for breakfast in the local restaurants.

We thought the rooms were a bit tired and were in need of brightening up. Although there was a bar open 24/7 its stock was very limited.

Fantastic location and lovely friendly staff. The rooms were a bit small but it's what you expect in a city and they were always clean. The breakfast was also great. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely visit again!

Employees were so friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk.

A little worn in places. Everything was clean, it obviously had been updated, but now the updates were worn(ex. Our tub had been painted and now the tub paint was peeling off.)
