The desk staff were very helpful we both were not well and wished to book into to our room early of which was no drama The hotel was clear and near restaurants with a short walk. I would stay they again Although I am commenting as a down point it’s not the hotels fault they were excellent

The crappy french driver that scratched the hire car in the car park They are impatient, drive like fools. I’ve not seen a car on this trip without a dint or damage If your hiring a car get total insurance, it might seem your paying a lot out but it’s so far saved me from a huge bill!

We've stayed here several times as it is ideally located for our regular trips to and from Spain. The apartments are bigger than similarly priced hotel rooms and have a small kitchen as well as a decent size bathroom. It's fairly basic but provides what we need at a good price. There is private parking and the parking area is landscaped plus a small garden so ideal if you travel with dogs.

It would be easy to suggest extras but the current price is very fair and it all works for us.

The location for me is excellent - next door to the spa Calicéo and walking distance to the Zenith. Plenty of secure parking, efficient lifts, courtyard garden, reception open most of the day. My room was quite spacious (for 1 person) with a large opening window.

Kitchen is only really big enough to heat up food and not very well equipped. There was no bin or cleaning stuff, but these were available on request.

Great place to stay en route to Calais, I booked a single room and it was perfect for one person. Staff were very helpful also. Next time I'd make use of the kitchen area instead of eating out. Lovely place, definitely recommend.

The only thing would be the breakfast, expensive for what is to offer but that could be personal preference as not a big fan of continental breakfasts anyway.

This is an excellent choice, especially if you want to cater for yourself and are not bothered about being in the centre of Pau. For me, the location is good but it may not be to everyone's taste especially if you've come to see the historic centre of the city. As I've stayed here before I knew what to expect: a really clean mini apartment, with really great facilities, and run by supremely professional people.

Clean comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff. Quiet location . Good value for money.

Bathroom not very clean. Strong smell from the drain. Nowhere to put toiletries. Dirty shower curtain although shower itself worked well. No air conditioning.

It was great having a small kitchen with fridge and microwave and hob.... Spacious living room/bedroom, courtyard and gardens to sit in, Shops within a mile walk and plenty of restaurants around.. Friendly staff... Continental Bfast was ample...

Clean, basic accommodation. Comfortable and quiet. Situated in the North of Pau near the péage.

Taxi service to return from the centre was unreliable. We waited curbside for an hour on the first evening (3 calls) and gave up waiting after 5 calls and an hour and a half on the second evening, resulting in a 50 minute walk through some pretty dodgy parts of the town.

Stayed here a number of times with our small dog. Always welcoming and plenty of private parking behind a locked gate. All suites have full cooking facilities, so bring your food and prepare to your own delight. Always stay here on our way to uk after travelling from Javea. Excellent English spoken and convenient for exit to toll road. 500 yards

There is no coffee machine nor vending machine to buy water/juices etc. It is not walking distance to anything. Buy your food+drinks before arrive.
