We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which had a huge balcony and a great room! Breakfast was good, if expensive, and the hotel location is central and on the edge of a beautiful park.

The meal in the Brasserie on our first evening was a disappointment. We'd travelled all day so ate early at 18h30 and were the only table in the restaurant. My main meal was luke warm, our cutlery wasn't replaced after starters, and the waiter was so unwelcoming and condescending (the tall / thin guy - not his colleague with the specs and ponytail) that we didn't eat there again, and it's the first time in 40 years that we didn't leave a tip for service.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a modern building in a central location by the parc Beaumont. Staff from cleaning to the reception was always attentive, welcoming, and efficient. Rooms are large and clean with good A/C. The high speed internet is good enough for online meetings most of the time.

Poor in-room dining experience (cold meat, moldy fruits). Internet can be flaky (no wired internet).

Room service was fast and friendly and the food served was excellent. Enjoying it on my own balcony was even better.

Locating the Hotel was a little tricky but not the worst entranbce i have tried to find! The location on the park was superb with lovely views across the park.

room fantastic. lovely having a balcony. bed was amazing. great range of toiletries, bathrobes etc. coffee machine, mini bar and even vanity unit in bathroom with stool, good lighting and decent hairdryer (as a woman you appreciate this in hotels). staff very helpful & of course, dog friendly!

The hotel was lovely. The staff were absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond in providing a first class service liaising with a local florist for a beautiful flower arrangement. I would highly recommend the Parc Beaumont.

The setting was delightful, and the location very convenient. Staff are brilliantly trained, welcoming and efficient. Room extremely comfortable and excellently functional. And the pool is a real pleasure - outrageously (and delightfully) warm, and no-one else there!. Breakfast was top notch (the bread was quite possibly the best we've had in France, and that's saying something!).

The hotel is VERY expensive (but, in the end, we did not begrudge the price, because everything was so good. Except the brasserie restaurant which disappointed. Again excellent service but the menu was unexciting, which does matter when the prices are so high.

Excellent staff, location, and value for money. They go the extra distance for guests. Will gladly return.

Only slight disappointment was the extra charge to use the swimming pool. But given how COVID has probably hurt business, it is entirely reasonable. it would be good to let guests know about the charges after they book, however.

The breakfast was good. Everything was available and everything could be prepared. When our laptop 'died' during our board meeting, the staff immediately acted and brought us a laptop to use.

Maybe more waitresses could try to speak english, I know they can but seem hesitant to do so.

well located hotel with very friendly staff. Facilities extremely good but pricey. Food excellent. Breakfast excellent. Situated on the boundary of Beaumont park in a very attractive setting for an hotel in the middle of a city.
