Very nice hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Shame they did not have a bar and restraunt but we knew that before booking. Plenty of places near to the hotel.

We had no instruction to where the pre booked parking was. When we found the hotel there was no place to stop the car in a single track road and run in the hotel to ask. So I took a guess and turned right under an arch into a private square. Luckily my parking space was just inside the square. Panic over.

Great central location, easy to find when arriving from the train station. Staff is exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and the reception is staffed 24/7. There is a nice selection for breakfast and the coffee was great.

Hotel is a bit dated and the facilities could be improved. 3rd floor rooms have slanted ceilings and not much natural light, but all light fixtures are located near the bed - I couldn't work at the desk because it was too dark.

It is well situated for visiting the town, and easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable - and even had a bath. Very good breakfast. Warning: if you want to park, book in advance. However, the helpful receptionist pointed us to a nearby public underground car park which was quite reasonable.

My room overlooked the street, and because it was really hot the window had to be open. It was the night before a public holiday, so a lot went on until quite late. I would point out that neither the weather nor the 'celebrations' were the hotel's fault. Just a warning to be careful about dates etc. Maybe ask for a room not on the street side.

I like this hotel, its my second time here. The room was spacious . clean comfy. The staff were very nice and it has 24 hour reception. It has on site parking and there were no problems booking a space. Its right in the centre of town and we ate at a pub just round the corner.

We didn't take breakfast as I thought 12 euro was a bit strong.

Fairly easy to find, parking area and front entrance off the street at the side. I was able to park my motorbike right in front of the reception window. Nice location near bars and restaurants and the Boulevard des Pyrenees. Reception staffed 24 hrs.

When the weather warmed up, my room, which was in the top floor, right under the roof, got quite warm at night and I couldn't sleep well: I was too hot. The room did not have air conditioning -- just a device with "heating" and "wind" settings, but not "cooling"

City centre. Big room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly. Breakfast.

Tiny lobby. No bar. Finding the entrance (in a courtyard off a semi pedestrian street. Asked for a kettle and was given a tray.

Lack of coffee/tea facilities, availability of other drinks. Room cleaning could have been better (bathroom/carpet).

We had an attic room on the 3rd floor. The room was fine as it was just an overnight stay. We probably would have wanted an larger room if we were staying any longer.

Room size was good. Hotel was centrally located. Although the hotel was small, it had style.

Some parts of the lobby had small steps, making it inconvenient for rolling luggage.
